I order insulin for my diabetic dog, it comes extremely well wrapped and insulated and even in the heatwave it was still cool on arrival. Brilliant service almost by return. Prices are competitive too. Only thing is I wish they would automatically email the invoice. I have to ask for it every time. They do send a note with the package but my insurance company won’t accept that as an invoice, maybe other companies do.

Supposed to be kept cool and paid for insulated packaging but it was a day late being delivered and was lukewarm

Products were fairly priced and arrived as expected. The only downside is the use of Royal Mail for deliveries, so expect at least one extra day for your package to arrive.
