1st attempted delivery by parcel force did not even happen. But 2nd attempt arrived so all good. Not the sellers fault, but parcel force are appalling for claimed failed delivery, when they haven... Näytä lisää

Great service

Great service. I ordered insulin which needed to be kept cool. Ordering was easy and arrived really quickly. Really impressed and will definitely use again.

Great company

Everything about this company has been great. Website, loading prescription, ordering and delivery, all spot on.
Definitely will use Hyperdrug again.

Out of stock Item- was not contacted!

Really poor service. I ordered a supplement for my horse as she was running out. I received an order confirmation email but nothing else, so after a week I emailed to see what was happening with my order. I had no reply so I called after 9 days where I was told they were out of stock of this product despite no one having contacted me. I requested a refund (which I am still waiting to enter my account) but was not offered any compensation for the time and inconvenience caused.
