I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Dock Pharmacy.
I placed an order and uploaded a photograph of my prescription. The pharmacy could clearly see that I had a valid prescription, but later informed me that they required the original paper prescription to be posted to them before they could dispense the medication.
Whilst I understand that pharmacies may require the original prescription for legal reasons, what I do not understand is why I was charged a £5 cancellation fee when no medication had been dispensed and the prescription had already been reviewed.
The website wording regarding prescriptions was confusing and led me to believe that sending a copy electronically would be sufficient. Only after placing and paying for the order was I told that the original had to be sent by post.
When I requested a refund, I was told that because I had agreed to the terms and conditions, £5 would be deducted from my refund. Their response was that they could see I had the original prescription but was refusing to send it, therefore the charge would still apply.
In my view, charging a customer £5 simply because they choose not to proceed with the order, despite the pharmacy already being able to verify that a valid prescription exists, is unfair and poor customer service.
I would have preferred a full refund and a more customer-focused approach. Instead, I was left feeling penalised for what appears to have been a misunderstanding caused by unclear instructions.
I will not be using this pharmacy again.

I order eye drops on the 2/4/26 I still have not received my ordered, they took my monies out on the day of ordering I have sent several emails NO REPLY, I called them today on there HELP LINE HA HA, call between 9.30 and 2 o’clock that goes on until, it goes dead, left message. I now going to report them to general pharmaceuticatical council

Completely inconsistent customer service
Had to cancel medication before they had even begun to prepare to ship a confirmed this via a phone call on Sunday it was not required.
Called over the phone to say will be a 10% cancellation fee, then another email comes through saying it is double that. No one will answer the phone either. Avoid and go elsewhere. Something is really off with this place

The staff were quick, courteous and overly kind even to the point helping me to get off of a double yellow line and directing me to park my car just at the back of the Pharmacy. Doctor has clicked naproxen gastro tablets which is my previous tablet.. When I found out the mistake I went back to doctors. Receptionist woman said go back and change it. I went back to pharmacy and she went high volume when I was calm and try to understand who's fault that she told me to get out and accused me shouting. I still kept calm and she kept talking to me high volume. So rude and disrespectful...

I needed Fluorouracil for kerotosis. It was not available in pharmacies near me in South Wales. But I found it here. Jonathon was extremely helpful. I mailed my prescription, it arrived there the following day and the cream was received the day after to immediately begin the treatment. This was great especially after being told unavailable and you just have to wait said the consultant. Not something you want to hear for a chemotherapy treatment.

Unacceptable Product Delivery and Lack of Customer Service Response
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and serious concerns regarding a recent order from this company. I have placed 14 orders on your site, but my most recent experience has been completely unacceptable.
One of the items, a medical device for respiratory health, arrived in an opened and clearly used condition. Given the nature of this product and its direct impact on health, receiving a pre-used item is not only unhygienic but also a serious health risk.
Consequently, we immediately initiated a return request for this product. Over the past 10 days, we have sent a total of 8 separate emails to your customer service department regarding this return. To date, we have received absolutely no response. This complete lack of communication is highly unprofessional and deeply concerning, especially when dealing with a health-related product.
Due to the critical nature of this medical device and the complete disregard for our inquiries, we are prepared to escalate this matter further.
We sincerely hope for a swift and positive resolution. We expect a response within the next 48 hours. If we do not receive a satisfactory reply within this timeframe, we will be forced to hand over this case to our corporate legal team for further action.
