Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Got an email with an order confirmation # and that was the end of any communications. No response to email and the will not answer the phone. I will give them a week before canceling the charge due to fraud.

Great prices fast free shipping but God help you if something goes wrong or you need to return. No one answers the phone. No one Answers emails. You cannot contact them. You pay for returns and they charge %15 restocking fees.

Super great service. Fast and they have all the parts in stock. Fast delivery to Canada also.

Don’t believe their return policy. They refuse to return money for legit reasons. Do not do business with this company if you are at all interested in a possible return

Package was sent back to sender. Apparently the address was written wrong. It's been a few days so far trying to get ahold of them. Online messaging hasn't worked, several emails and no one answers the phone. They say they have 24/7 Support....Nope. Take your money, lose your item and crickets...
I'll update this review if I hear more from them.

I have an older Dynasty Swim Spa, and I wasn’t having any luck finding the parts I needed. The hot tub outpost was the only dealer able to help me out. They were very helpful finding all the components I needed including some specialized wiring harnesses.
The staff are friendly and very helpful. I placed an order for the wrong part, but the team figured it out for me, and they found the correct part. They even issued me a credit for the difference between what I ordered and what I actually needed.
I explained the urgency to them, because our house is up for sale, and they did a great job expediting my parts.
I highly recommend The Hot Tub Outpost for any of you spa needs.

Fast and smooth transaction

Orderd fine from them a few times. Then ordered a storm strap, got an email saying it wouldn't be availble till april 30th. I said i would wait. April 30th came and it still didnt come. I got a refund. Then a couple days later i saw it available on their website, so i ordered again. Waited a few days, no tracking info came. Reached out and they said it was 2 to 4 weeks out from their facility. Dont know why they would not just put out of stock! When i asked why they did not tell me.

I contacted your team last week regarding a part for my hot tub and was informed that someone would verify compatibility with the parts department. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up.

When I called again on Monday to confirm whether the part would fit, I was told that there was no way to verify compatibility. I then requested that the item be shipped, and I was assured that it would be processed.

As of today, there has been no update regarding the shipment. I attempted to call multiple departments, but was unable to reach anyone.

Additionally, after sending a direct email and submitting a message through the contact form, I did not receive any response. Instead, my order was refunded without any communication or explanation.

This situation is particularly frustrating given the urgency of needing this part to repair my hot tub. Regardless of the order value, a higher level of communication and customer service is expected.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing.

One of the most incompetent hot tub parts companies I've dealt with. I have placed two orders with them in an 11 month time frame. Both times they sent me someone elses parts and sent my parts to them. Both times they did nothing to fix the issue until both people involved called in. They would not ship me another part I had to wait for them to send shipping labels to both of us and we had to ship the parts directly to each other. Took them five days to send a shipping label to my email. Never once did they offer money back or money off to make up for their mistakes. Ended up taking over three weeks to get the correct part. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and order from anyone else but hot tub outpost.

Ordered a part for my hot tub.
Never got an e-mail acknowledgement of my order.
Their stated delivery time came and went, no item sent.
Emailed them numerous times but never got a single response.
(Items I'd bought now listed at 3x the price so I assume they couldn't fulfill my order at the listed price, but instead of just apologising and refunding me, they chose to ghost me and hope I got fed up of trying to get a response from them).

Now going through the tedious process of chargeback to get my money back.

In addition I wasted a month with a broken hot tub that I could have fixed weeks ago if not for these people.

Avoid this bunch of cowboys at all costs.

Shocking customer service.
