The only problem we had was the instructions called for number 3 screws for the lower end of the roof and it should have been number 2. Otherwise every thing went prygood going together. I'm very happy with the way it came out.

Purchased a 25’ x 14’ x 12’ tall carport cover for our new camper. We received a quote for a similar cover (installed) for around $8k. That was more than I was willing to pay. I purchased this cover for around $2k. Probably took parts of 4 days to complete. Assembly was not difficult but you do need help when installing the side legs or have some type of lift. I had 4 people help and it went well. Some panels were slightly bent but most were straight. No major issues there. The cover was shipped in 3 shipments that arrived on different days, that was an inconvenience but nothing major. All in all, I’m pleased with the cover for the cost! Seems sturdy, I secured with threaded rod (3’ pieces in asphalt. Not a fan of the screw in anchors provided but you can use if you feel comfortable with them.

I did not receive the F2 parts that are needed to assemble, there should have been 4 of them and they were not shipped . I paid to have this installed and now it’s not possible. Would like someone to make this right as quickly as possible

I emailed the Erommy website to customer service and requested a new shade for my pergola. They verified I was ordering the correct part thru email. I ordered it and got it less than a week later. Replacement complete and it works great!

I haven’t used the pergola cover yet but it came promptly and was well packaged. I’m hoping the cover will come in handy helping me to protect my stainless steel pergola off season, while also absorbing rain noise. I’ll be concerned about snow load but I may have a solution when the time comes.

Worst experience ever. They deserve negative or zero stars. Shipped me a pergola with missing base pole without which you cannot assemble the item. Then they give me the run around that no parts are available. They dont pickup the phone at all. Im stuck with 4 boxes of unusable metal without the correct part.
These people are crooks.
Never buy anything from them again.

Order #EY633954 12x16 lean to patio gazebo with adjustable galvanized roof, hard top with full metal frame outdoor pergola was purchased in May 2025 because it was marketed as sturdy construction withstands snow weight and prevents buildup. The first snow was 1-3 inches in November and December 2025 and the weight of the snow caused the patio cover to bow in the middle. A refund was requested because we live where it snows and the company offered $100 then offered to provide a pole to be put in the middle when the product is not marketed with a pole in the middle. Multiple emails were sent requesting full refund and the most recent email was sent February 18, 2026 requesting a full refund of the purchase price and the $600 paid to assemble. It also arrived missing a box which also had to be requested. This product is not suitable for snow as advertised. The company has not agreed to the refund and still markets the product for use with snow. The bowed condition is unsafe for anyone to be standing underneath it if it collapses as well as it can damage any furniture underneath it, which is why I want my refund. It is permanently bowed and and heavier snows are possible. I am very dissatisfied with the product and the customer service response. The unsafe condition should be illegal to market in certain regions.

The rfor the bolt holes in the house for the wall mounted pergola are about 4 inches too short! I will have to remove what I have done and re-anchor the pergola to my house so that the screens will fit. I checked everything and am 4 inches out of square on the sides! I can fix it but it won't be easy and will take time. Not happy about this but the pergola seems pretty nice. You should not provide dimensions in hundreths of inches....nobody has a tape measure that does that! Also should better detail where the side triangles should attach to the upper beam and pre-drill holes as the "self-tapping" screws are a pain so I drilled pilot holes myself.

The return policy is not clearly shown and makes it seem like a consumer-friendly 60-day return, which is not the case. Read the return policy. Its the small hyperlink that you can barely see. Trust me.
