CATHERINE mislead me with the information she gave me.
I thought I was calling the hotel I wanted to stay, however, I have no idea how, but my call landed at this company. The person that answered the phone pretended she worked for the hotel I was calling for. She lied by telling me the hotel is fully booked because of some kind of event taking place the weekend. Then she volunteered to help with other hotels in the area. I was surprised with her "kindness". When I asked how come, she replied "we are affiliates with other hotels in the area"
So, I asked for a hotel room in a hotel which will not be pet friendly (I have allergies) ; and free parking.
She suggested the hotel: enVision hotel Miami International Airport. I booked the room and paid (re # H18573163). Afterwards, when I called the Hotel itself, I was told that the parking will cost me $10.75 per day and the hotel is pet friendly!!! In addition, their daily rates where almost $50 less than what i was charged!!!

During the whole telephone conversation I was never told that I had called Hotel Planners. She let me believe I was speaking with my initial choice hotel reservation clerk.
BE CAREFUL OF THIS DECEITFUL SERVICE. VERY UNETHICAL PRACTICES .

Horrible experience. I asked a couple of questions regarding military discounts and price matching, and the female I spoke with was extremely rude, and was pushy throughout the whole booking process. Hopefully checking in will be a smoother process.

Tarren was very helpful either my reservation—I really appreciated her handling my reservation and requests for information.

We thoroughly enjoyed your establishment. The room was thoroughly expected. And it fully filled expectations. We had our little dog with us. Everything worked great. The room was clean. Everything we expected was there. We stayed from the third to the seventh and we will be back and we will stay here again probably later in the year and maybe around october, and thank you very much for everyone that works with this establishment.All of the staff and anyone connected

Hidden fees to Book through what we thought was the website for the hotel directly, you charged a surcharge and we asked about that and got the runaround and got tired of not getting an answer and just paid it but it’s not right that you go directly to the hotel website and there’s hidden fees.

The representative worked very hard with her knowledge and experience in trying to make the customer happier in a reduced cost and wider bed area. She was very efficient, very polite, very knowledgeable and expert at her job. I appreciate her customer service.

What I like was they did try to get a better rate for me which was great.

What I didn't like was Isabella didn't tell me up front in conversation there would be a $23 cancelation fee.

Just be honest after I paid through my card that's when I was made aware of the extra $23 fee.

Other than this the service was a three. I could have used another service.

I was lied to. They do not have balconies. It is not on the ocean there is another hotel in front of it. No rooms without pets another lie. We are dissatisfied to say the least

Winessa was great and found us a room after Expedia trying to find our booking at 30A inn and suites was unsuccessful even though it was fully paid for. Three hours on the phone, a horrible experience! This site was wonderfuk!

I called this company believing I was booking directly with hotel and my experience with them at time of booking on telephone included:
They did not identify themselves on the phone.
They did/would not disclose what their exhorbitant fees were for ($400 for hotel for 2 nights and $425 in additional fees).
They did not disclose their cancelation/refund policy (which is no refund).
They did not allow cancelation until after booking confirmation with itinerary number (H16141476) was sent via email at least a day later and put me through a lengthy process to do it.
They took all information, compiled it with their policies, and used it when I disputed charges and business practices with credit card company.
They misrepresented themselves to credit card company that they are legitimate/transparent and that any fault with my reservation was not theirs.
Their telephone representative was creepy and shady.
They were involved in scamming me with EXPEDIA, another booking travel company (the reservation they made with hotel was in the name of Expedia).

DO NOT TRUST YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO STAND UP FOR YOU IF YOU DISPUTE CHARGES!

CREDIT CARD COMPANIES ARE BECOMING COMPLICIT IN ALLOWING COMPANIES LIKE THIS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR OTHERS LIKE IT. HOTEL BOOKING COMPANIES SEEM TO BE WORKING TOGETHER TO TRICK AND TAKE MONEY FROM CONSUMERS. MAKE SURE ANY WAY YOU CAN THAT YOU ARE BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH HOTEL.
