Had to return some of the shipped parts and was told,

“Your RMA request requires images of the part(s), packaging, and labels.

Please be sure to capture images of the part numbers on the labels as well.”

And so I did. Sent the images and then received,
“We are sorry to inform you that your request has been denied due to the following reason(s):

The part(s) is non-returnable items due to it being, but not limited to:

- Any opened packages or unsealed items.”

It may say ‘but not limited to’ - but it is the only reason stated so…

The quality of the catch-22 is only outpaced by the level of bad English.

I am now a victim of HPN's return policy on a mistake that they made. I ordered all the parts that I needed for a repair in advance, expecting the slow delivery - which occurred despite their exorbitant shipping charges. It took me weeks to make the bulk of the repair due to my work schedule. Today I went to install the last part and it turns out they sent me the wrong part.
The difference is very subtle and corresponds to a different dash number of the part. As a result, it doesn't fit the mating part.
Their response was that it doesn't matter since it's beyond 30 days - EVEN THOUGH IT'S THEIR FAULT! Barely a week over the 30 days since I received the part!
I won't even give details of their new AI (Anti-Intelligent) call system, where you can't talk to a human. It must have been added due to all the complaints that they are receiving.
Myself and my friends will avoid them in the future!

Be warned! Prices are competitive: however, HondaPartsNow.com over-charged for shipping on my order (Order nbr: CH731569905) and if you get Michelle the so called "manager," be prepared to be met with a brick wall that just repeats itself from a training script. She can be rude and not customer oriented since they already have your money. Note: The items were less than one pound (Honda Civic rod bearings), shipped within my region of the US and sent in a standard bubble mailer envelop via USPS ground advantage which is the cheapest way to send any item. I was charged $32.33 for the slowest cheapest shipping! To compare, USPS priority mail standard flat rate to ship the same item is only $11.00 with tracking and faster shipping. Others reviews note the same practice so this is not a one time thing so again be aware of this when dealing with this company. The bottomline is I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere!

Everything was smooth but you should give free shipping of orders above $100.

I needed an airbag for a 2014 accord. I ordered it and signed a non-refundable agreement, which makes sense for the part. They sent it FedEx (the worst shipping company) with signature required. After being unable to coordinate with Fedex it was sent back. That's fine. For nearly 2+ months I repeatedly tried to have it reshipped to me, agreeing to pay for shipping again. They never did. I requested a refund multiple times highlighting that the non refundable is IF you actually get me the part. On multiple requests they kept closing out the refund ticket saying it was completed and the refund had been processed yet the credit card shows no record of it.

This really feels like a scam.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, this is the worst customer service, shipping time, & explanation of any of the things. When I first ordered it said a few days then it said processing takes 1-3 days, it’s been two weeks and they just told me on Friday it got received and would be shipped out Monday. The ladies on the phone have no idea what they’re talking about and just laugh when I told them I was leaving a bad review. Worst company ever, go elsewhere!

I returned an item over a month ago, and the company received it, but I still haven't received my refund.

Customer support kept telling me the refund was "being processed," but nothing ever happened. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether.

Now they have both the returned item and my money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you ever need a refund, don't expect to get your money back.

I am stuck with a $120 car part I cannot use. I did not see about a 30-day return policy, this is true, but we had an incredibly rainy spring and weren't able to attempt to put the part on the exterior of the car window. A one-time courtesy return would have been most appreciated .

First of all, I tried to order an S2000 fender at least 5 times through PayPal with my company card, but it wouldn't let me, so I had to switch to my personal card - an unnecessary hassle. Since my order was going to Europe, they charged quite high shipping rates (~$290), but since it's overseas and I had no other options, it was acceptable.
Then, two weeks later, I got a message saying they hadn't shipped my order yet and had recalculated the shipping - now more than $200 extra. So the fender itself was $370, while shipping totaled over $500. Fast forward a month, and I finally get the part, packaged so poorly that both ends of the fender were literally sticking out of the box, already scraped, scratched, and bent. I was (kind of) lucky that it was unpainted and I needed to paint it anyway — otherwise that ~$900 fender would have been completely ruined. The bent parts were very hard to work with, and it still doesn't match the other side, so it doesn't even look like a genuine part.
Awful customer service and one of the worst shopping experiences I've had. NOT RECOMMENDING.

Still waiting for my refund. I was promised a refund after slot of back n forth and finally I was told I could get a refund minus restocking fee and here we are still no refund. They have received the item. NO REFUND still waiting. This company is not a class act. So many others out there be careful when u order.

Update: after posting my experience here and on another ratings site a representative from HondaPartsNow.com reached out to me via phone. He was very polite and apologized for the experience I had. He made things right: arranged for a full return of the item and I received notice of the refund today. I appreciate that they made it right.

Bad Experience. Honda Parts Now sent me the wrong item (the item pictured was completely different from the item I received) and at first tried to deny the return saying it was because the item had electronic components (which it did not). Then said they'd only take it back if I paid for shipping and a restocking fee. Both of those are unreasonable since it's their mistake, but they refused to do the right thing. Beware.

Well after calling and speaking to very rude employees several times, I finally got my return credited after over one month. Less the 25% restocking fee that I should've not had to pay due to their error in their recommendations at the beginning of the order process. Now after reading Honda parts now’s reply to my review it is apparent that they are more fraudulent than I thought! Or they clueless to their failure in this whole situation. Either way, they took over a month to credit me my return. To take that long is totally unacceptable, so buyers beware of the time it will take you to get your refund if you have to return something.

HPN stuffed my air filter in a box that's too small causing damage. Customer service initially offered a partial refund 11 days ago but will not respond. Issue is unresolved. This was my 3rd order over the last couple years and first shipping related issue.

Update 7/2/2026: Customer service reached out, were very professional, and a partial refund was credited. I appreciate the resolution!

Great prices, oem parts, win win

Found the parts I needed using general search words, since I did not know the actual part names or numbers. Useful information and considerations were provided when I ordered the part. The prices seemed very competitive. Product shipped quickly and arrived securely packed in great condition. Fit my Honda HRV perfectly and work well. Saved myself from having to go to a mechanic. Very pleased.

Is my first time buying from this site was easy to find the parts. Reasonable price compare with the dealers. The only thing is the delivery time was taken so long not the date was said it .
