Beware a rip off company i order a vax spot wash December 2022 for £104 so far i have paid £180 and they are saying i still owe £158 tried the chat and got nowhere phoned twice spoken with customer service first one said yes you have over paid i will get someone to ring and sort this out heard nothing phoned back spoke to the rudest lady ever saying you owe it trying to say its interest i am now contacting my bank as they are con artists please DO NOT USE THEM TERRIBLE COMPANY

Scam scam scam. Avoid company.
An account was set up in my name without my knowledge then letters sent asking for money.

My son received a parcel of 2 hand towels which he did not purchase.
Having read the other reviews it’s clearly some sort of scam he has checked his account nothing appears to be taken out by this company.
We won’t get in touch with them as I see one lady was charged to send back an item she didn’t order.

Scam letter about order never placed, asking us to call and pay if we wanted to continue. Sent to my elderly mother. Glad she didn't see it and get upset. Will report

Easy to use system

You've imposed a MAXIMUM payment amount on the MINIMUM payment. Unable to change the minimum amount to pay more!!!!

Received a parcel containing items I had not ordered for an account I had not opened. I had never previously even heard of 'Home Essentials'.

Contacted them by phone, not once did the message ever clarify that I was through to 'Home Essentials'.

I was informed that I could have been the victim of a fraud and that someone could have opened an account using my details, although quite why any idiot would do this when the items were sent to my home address anyway is anyone's guess.

I was told that they would look into it. The following day I received an email stating that there had been a fraud and they had investigated fully.

One day to investigate a fraud?

Whilst I am not accusing this company of anything or anything untowards at all, something doesn't add up and it smells fishy.

I had to post the items back to them at a cost to myself too.

I would avoid this company at all costs if you possibly can.

They opened an account in my name, which i didnt apply for! Said I had placed an order, which I hadnt. I would say just a scam boiler room.

Received a statement of account for goods I had not ordered and never delivered. Never dealt with this company yet they set up a fake account in my name. Have advised them and waiting for them to advise me of the outcome from their fraud dept.

quick delivery and notified all the way through love the armchair its great quality made very well and a lovely colour .came wrapped well and presented it looks and feels like it will last a life time. recommended
