i applied for an account and was offered £1250
i didnt use it for over a month ago and last night decided to finally order a pc valued at £879 plus £4.99 deleivery. they decided to email me twice yesterday saying thank you for your order at 17.20 the another email at 17.20 saying your order has been cancelled, and today they deleted everything off my file including the offered credit amount like it never existed. very very shady, i guess the reviews speak for themselves. im now in the middle of waiting on the online chat to have my account deleted and the credit ref agency informed and ending this mess.

, i received an incorrect item on the 30/5/25 & i am yet to hear them to resolve my issue. I have been chasing it up
And there biggest line is “
i will escalate this to the relevant department or your query has been escalated! do bot use unless you don’t value your money otherwise you will be scammed and left in the dark!

This company allow third parties to create accounts in your name without checking you are actually the person creating the account. This has happened to me 3 times. Each time I have received goods on accounts I have not opened. These have been returned straight away via EVRI. I now have demands threatening me with non payment charges.
I have asked that my name & home address details be flagged up as not to be used for new accounts but this seems to be beyond them.
Their fraud team are a joke.
Keep clear unless you want hassle.

Won't even give 1 star!! Paid off nearly all my balance and still charging me £119 interest!! Avoid they put interest up without telling you! 79.4 apr make sure you check before going with these people. Other catalogues don't charge this much interest!! I've been trying to speak to them for a week on chat and Facebook they ingore you!! Absolutely shambles of a company avoid!! Ombudsman are now involved!!

Ordered a cooker over a month ago costing over £500 only now i received an email saying its out of stock, not good enough, they should have good check of their stock levels when selling products, now i am still waiting for my refund to buy a new one, wont be using again.
