Homebase - Worcester Arvostelua 

Came into the store for a browse and obviously looked a bit lost. All staff were really helpful and the store looked inviting and tidy.

If you're looking for a new kitchen go and see Michelle! She went above and beyond in helping me choose my new Kitchen. She's a star!!!!!

I was just in your Worcester Blackpole store, and was looking through the bathroom section and over heard your management team diwcussing about how they were going to bully team leaders and staff into doing as they were told otherwise they would have to find another job.

I was absolutely disgusted by the comments they were making about how they wanted there staff to toe the line and how they intended to manage people out the business. Not only because is immoral (possible illegal), but also that they were absolutely blatantly shameless about who was in ear shot.

It honestly boiled my blood that i ended up going else to buy my needs.

I hope you take this comment seriously and take the management team to task.

I was stood at the customer service desk waiting to collect. The two girls were serving others and both of them left the desk to go to the shop floor with their customers, neither of them acknowledged me or even looked at me so I was just left there waiting. After a few minutes, 2 male members of staff appeared behind the desk, went to a computer, talked amongst themselves, neither of them acknowledged me and then disappeared onto the shop floor, they didn’t look at me either! When one of the women finally re-appeared with her customer she finished serving her then just looked at me; no smile, no thank you for waiting or apology for being left standing at the desk. She asked me for the order number, as I started to read it out she interrupted and said “just the last 3 numbers” and then fetched my order! I had the only remaining rug which was the display one although the stock level at the time of ordering said there were 4, it was literally picked up off the shop floor loosely rolled up and handed to me like that, not even tied!
That particular shop is a shambles, it never looks tidy there’s stuff stacked all over the place, the shelves are often a mess and as for the hardware department, there’s always gaps and items out of stock and everything is dusty and dirty!

Amazing help from the lady who helped get the box into the car, I'm sure the box was bigger than her! She made it look effortless, put me to shame! Easy click and collect.

Purchased a BBQ online, I had seen them in store but they didn't have any stock, so when I saw one I'm stock I'm Worcester I thought it was worth the drive. the next day homebase phone to say the only one they had was the display which had a dent, but we agreed to a discount. We collected it and checked it best we could but when we put it together discovered the hose and attachment were missing. Homebase just said we should have checked it, but it's a lot of pieces! They said bring it back but it was an hour away and we had spent an hour putting it together. They made no effort to get us the part or source us a complete BBQ they were completely unhelpful. Most of the sale items weren't in stock they have a sale but they don't have any you have to buy the full price ones. Wouldn't buy from them again

Ordered online showing one left in stock at my nearest store. Had a phone call from Homebase worcester to say that they hadn’t actually got any left. But was able to get me one from another store it was here the next day. So was really expressed that they went out of their way to find me one.

Exceptionally best service ever from "Teri" she went above and beyond her job role. I purchased garden furniture in the heaviest large box. Teri being a very slim built, moderately aged lady, managed to navigate and lift this into my car, without hesitation. My hatchback wouldn't close so she got some rope and made it extremely safe for me to travel home. Teri is certainly an asset to the homebase team and should be given praise where deserved. Thank you Teri. 👍
