Found the staff very helpful and always eager to help with a smile

Quick ordering process online. Used click and collect and had the product ready for me an hour later. Someone even carried heavy item to my car for me. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wasn't able to personally collect my order but staff were happy to let my husband collect it.

The bags of compost were absolutely wet through, making them extremely heavy and the excess water pooled in my cat boot. Fortunately, I have a rubber car boot liner. Otherwise, the service was great.

Great service from Jo. Listened to what we wanted and designed the Kitchen exactly how we wanted. Anything we was unsure on she talked us through and helped advise on what she thought would work best for us. Nothing was too much hassle.

The attention given to our requests by the kitchen designer Rakh. He was always easy to contact or his colleague helped us. He was invariably courteous and kept us well informed about the progress of our new kitchen.

Kind staff and very helpful when we needed help.

Was given the item in a box that had more sellotape than cardboard, with the box in such a condition I decided to open it before taking it home, luckily doing that I realised there were parts missing.
On returning to customer services was told as I had used click and collect they could not swop it so I had to purchase a new one and have a refund on the faulty one.
If I had just purchased it they could have just swooped the item, now I’ve got to wait 5 days for the refund.
When we got home and opened the new box it came apparent that the first lamp had been on display and repackaged poorly with a major part missing.
I having given it one star as the staff who dealt with us were very understanding but couldn’t do anything as that’s company policy.
