Homebase - Leeds Arvostelua 

The young lad that brought it out to us just left me with this large item on my own.
There was another young Asian lad that offered to help when he saw me and my child struggling with this, he took it to my car and got it in the car. He helped so much and I was very grateful to him as he was polite and went out of his way to help me

Rang me when part of my order wasn’t in stock and generally helpful.

Speedy delivery ordered a few times recently. Delivery person was friendly too.

When the order was collected only part of it was given despite asking it was both parts of the order. This meant a return journey to store

The goods were quickly brought to the till so there was no delay. They were exactly as ordered so that side of the transaction was fine. I also bought a couple if other things one of which I had to change as I read the wrong price on the shelf.
The slightly negative aspect was the rather impersonal way the assistant served me.Efficient but certainly no social interraction!

Click and collect easy.
Two workers helped us get the box/items into the car as we had trouble fitting it in but with their help we got there!

Everything about the online service was so easy…. collecting the item also very easy.

I am disabled had to ask for assistance getting the compost in the car. Chap who took the bags to the car said he couldn't put them in as he had someone else to help, who was served after us. Walked back into the shop and had to request help again. The same chap came round and threw them into the car. My wife said thank you he completely ignored her. I said thank you and he ignored me. Not a great experience today.

Service was brilliant bahhs was fab went to the Leeds homebase on 6th of May 2024

Not a good day staff wise: first on the till I was sent to another till, I thought that it was because the staff member was closing the till so I moved to the other till. But it wasn't open, so I had to wait. When I did get served there was no interaction at all. As I left through the automatic doors, another staff member on trolley duty blocked my path for no reason so I couldn't pass. What was wrong with so many staff members????

Purchased wall tiles and floor tiles in store not open wall ones yet. The floor tiles the same colour but some slightly uneven according to the builder you can tell with the underneath of the tiles, and we were assured same batch obviously not. I had to have them laid he didn`t have time to mess about with work commitments. I have tried to contact the store because I have pictures of the tiles and the receipt. But cannot get an answer from them. Online chat says to take the tiles Homebase? It`s not easy to get there I don`t drive have to rely on someone to take me. I`m hoping nothing wrong with the wall tiles especially when no one can sort anything out .
