Homebase - Hamilton Arvostelua 

Simple procedure however toilet seat and lid broken and it would appear the two pieces are not matched. I will buy another but will do it personally. I am a full time unpaid carer so don't really have the time

Really easy time order & ready to collect in less than an hour.

It all went very smoothly.

I called to check that because of my limited mobility if I ordered through Click and Collect would the store staff bring the order out to my car and the answer was "no problem"👍Placing my order online was easy and within an hour I had confirmation on my mobile that my order was ready. I parked at the store and called in to say I was there - not everyone knew it was ok for me to wait in my car but that was very quickly sorted and even though the store was busy within ten minutes a helpful young woman was putting my order in my car. Very helpful staff and I am very grateful for their help as I could not have shopped the items in the store myself - great service! Thank you☺️

Appalling service online and instore this month. Attempted to purchase garden furniture online, sale went through then received a call within the hour to say there wasn’t stock, and issued a refund.
Went in to store to choose a different set, but apparently there wasn’t stock instore, despite having a display model. However the sales team couldn’t provide any information whatsoever on whether the chosen item would ever be back in stock, and wasn’t able to buy the display. We would have bought a different model from the assistant had they actually tried.

Made a third attempt to buy garden furniture, online whilst in the store since the assistants weren’t bothered. Seemingly went ok. However got an email on the day of delivery saying the furniture had been lost in transit. Then was issued a refund, which due to a system error never actually went through. I had to get in touch with them a few weeks later to have it reissued.
Honestly not sure how Homebase are still going, no stock, failure to issue refunds, and general lack of initiative from sales staff. So disappointing and really quite inconvenient.

Helen in the paint secton and Kirsty at the check out area were both very helpful.

After completing my order for click and collect I received a phone call to say they didn't have my comple order and was told I could get this in Edinburgh. When I asked could they sent the rest if the order to the hamilton store i was told you do not provide this service resulting in only part if my order being available. Very disappointed and will not be using homebase in the future .

Gaye (operator 21116) is just lovely. She is aways well turned out and smiling.

Bit slow in coming out but folk were really helpful and courteous. Guy even helped me out with my stuff. Best staff I’ve came across in a while.

Darren is an asset to your company. His customer service was second to none. I was buying sun beds and he helped by locating a trolley and assisted me getting them on the trolley,through the checkout and into my car. He was in the middle of a task when I had asked for assistance and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was welcoming and really helpful; thanks Darren! Amazing customer service !!!!
