Homebase - Frome Arvostelua 

Great service at the paint mixing station. It took a long time to be served and I have to press for assistance twice but when Pete came to help he was very chatty and friendly and helpful. A little pushy to ask me to write this review but all round nice guy.

I got exactly what I needed and Peter was able to answer all the questions I had and went above and beyond to help me.

Had a few problems but it was all sorted out in the end. I ordered some wood from the Frome branch on the understanding it could be cut to length in store because I couldn’t transport 2.4-metre lengths home. After buying the planks on-line I went to the store only to be told the saw had been out of action for five months, despite a sign offering the service and staff’s repeated complaints to head office.
After various conversations with Homebase’s complaints dept by phone over the following week and various staff members in-store and by telephone I’m happy to say the saw is now working again, I collected the wood this morning, all correctly sawn to length and I am very happy with the results.
Every member of staff I dealt with - about eight in total - were friendly, efficient and apologetic, especially since the store was clearly at times quite busy. Anha at customer services was also very helpful in getting the issues rectified.

Linda at HomeBase in Frome Somerset is a happy friendly and efficient member of staff. I bought numerous items but later had to return some unused as they were unsuitable. Linda is consistantly pleasant and helpful in her main role as checkout assistant. I am impressed by her manner and she makes a visit to the store enjoyable.

Great service at the Till. Kate was very friendly and chatted with my daughter which made her very happy.

Went to Homebase in Frome and was served by a very nice man named Peter. He was very helpful mixing our paint then taking us to the till. Very friendly and pleasant experience all round. Thank you very much.

Ordered late one day and collected the next couldn’t have gone any smoother.

Pete was exceptional. Hunted for stock and even arrange for us to pick up the item from another store cross country on our travels the next day. 10/10.
