Paint making!

I came to Homebase Cambridge to get some paint made up. I had the tiniest sample but Zayne was excellent and helped me get what looks like a perfect match. This was, I thought, going to be a nightmare but it was simple. Thanks

Good service

Good service. We got what we wanted (Dulux mixed colour paint) and the price was very reasonable. Thanks again.

Ordered online, not in stock

Ordered online. Went down to collect, to be told’ sorry we haven’t one, we are out of stock.
Since then gone from bad to worse.
After waiting in for two separate delivery days / no notification.
Wrong size delivered.
Still trying to sort out.

New Bathroom/New Home

When buying property in Cambridgeshire 18mths ago, I came in to talk to Bathstore. Finally the purchase went through, and a year later I came back to get a quote for a new bathroom.

So glad I did. Hasna Begum completely understood my requirements, and dealt with all my questions. Also very helpful in guiding me to the details they need too. Excellent customer service. Looking forward to a new bathroom!

Good shop, good customer service

We’ve been at Homebase few times now, the shop is always well furnished.

A particular thanks goes to Jamie: we couldn’t find a particular item and he patiently check through the stocks until he could find it.
