Homebase - Bracknell Arvostelua 

Doug was extremely knowledgeable, helped me with more things I kept remembering I needed help with, he was patient and allowed me to take time and think of questions I had. I’m autistic and it’s important for me to be given the time to gather my thoughts before speaking, Doug excelled at that, and then some. If you’re visiting the Bracknell location, ask for Doug, you will be more than happy with his help.

All easy and simple to order

Click & collect was prompt & easy.

We bought our new bathroom through Doug at Homebase in Bracknell. I submitted a previous, very positive review after the design and order stage but I felt a second review was necessary to convey how pleased we were with the after-sales support. There were a few snags with our order including a couple of damaged items that needed to be replaced and last minute changes to our floor and shower valve. Doug could not have been more helpful and was meticulous in ensuring that everything was taken care of. Very impressive service and much appreciated.

Terrible service. Order a lawn mower and did not arrive on specific day and three days late. Went into store three times to request refund and still waiting nearly two weeks later and no sign of money refunded. Staff in store did not have clue what they were doing.

A hot day and a little short-staffed but the young man did well !

The two members of staff who helped me with the order couldn't have been more helpful. They are a credit to the store.

Sadly 1 of 3 items was damaged so had to return there & then as no other stock.

Ordered 6 items, got 5. They couldn't find one unit. Got a refund immediately but now have to visit another store and pray their stock levels are correct.

Very disorganised and slow, didn’t seem able to find the order until I pointed out where it may be, then still fussed about as she wasn’t sure it was right (it was right).

Think I’ll just be order from somewhere else next time, it took ages and the queue that built up behind me was ridiculous as there were no other tills open. Such a shame, it’s like this store has just given up, it used to be great.

Order was out waiting for me on a trolley for ease of transport to the car. The assistant explained the guarantee process before I left. All in all an excellent system.

The click and collect process online all worked well, but the queue in the Bracknell store to collect the item was far too long. 1 person on customer services. 17 mins of waiting - don’t expect that from a click and collect service.

Process was super easy. Order was arranged quickly and communicated via text. Collection was seamless with the colleague very polite and helpful also explained benefits of the item rather than just passing it over and sending me on my way. Overall very pleased.

All went well from the ordering on the website to the collection.

Ordered six bags of compost. A friend kindly collected them for me. Order was waiting for him on a trolley, but when he got to me, he realised they only gave him 5 bags, so he had to go back to collect the other. Put me in a very awkward position, as he was doing me a favour

I was looking for fly netting. I saw a member of staff at his desk. asked him if they had any in store. They didn't stock them. His name was Doug, and he was so helpful that he located a store in Bracknell and rang them for me to see if they had any in stock. They had, so asked for the persons name and said i would be in to collect the Fly netting. I think he went above and beyond to help me. So grateful Thank you.
