Sheila at homebase Basildon customer…

Sheila at homebase Basildon customer service was great especially now in the heigh of Christmas. I was after a tree skirt that wasnt on the store front, with her system she located the item from the back and was able to give me one to purchase. Thank you!

Click and collect - damaged stock

Click and collect - one of four handles was damaged so I had to go to another store - the one they had in stock was a different colour so I’ll have to go to another store at some point. Staff very friendly and helpful though - not their fault

The Australian Lady called Irene was so helpful yesterday advising me on my winter plants, she always keeps the garden centre looking so nice even in the winter months she is always happy to help and full of advice. Thank you Irene

Great advice from Sandra at the Basildon store, she advised on the correct paint to use for our bedroom, ended up having a paint mixed at the paint station, great service

Really privileged to shop in Homebase…

Really privileged to shop in Homebase Basildon
Served by Selge and Calaire the Store Managers what a marvellous service, I managed to get all my shopping with the Help of them, They were very patient yet professional in dealing with me.
