Easy to use website

Contacted me to let me know the colour I’d ordered on click and collect was not available. Had 3 other colour choices waiting for me when I arrived to pick up item. That’s good service!

Pain free experience!

Easy on line purchase process with quick delivery of collection information and notification of ready to collect status. Collection was very straight forward. All good!

Strange that homebase will not provide…

Strange that homebase will not provide a till receipt or vat receipt for items ordered and collected from store.
