It 3 visits to resolve my problem.
the first caller identified the problem but said he could not fix and would report the findings.
The second caller came and declared that he had no knowledge of the previous caller but confirmed the problem but as he did not have the necessary part he would have to get the part and come back at a later date. This he did and he was very good.

Great service , informed me of how long it would take, arrived on time and completed fully quickly , friendly and respectful

The engineer Yanis I have seen before and he is such a lovely guy , polite and clean he even took the sweeping brush to clean behind my tumble dryer which I thankyou for doing that

As ever, the process was easy and as fast as possible. My problem was fixed promptly and efficiently by Yanis, who kept me informed at every stage. No issues.

The engineer who called really knows his stuff and was very helpful. He helped me to diagnose a problem in the house and gave sound advice.
He also repaired the problem he was called to sort out and left me with a functioning cooker.

A MANIPULATIVE COMPANY PLEASE AVOID.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

We have been paying the direct debit for quite some time now to cover our appliances in our home. Our dishwasher has had issues which they have tried (and failed) to fix 2 times.

We had to chase but they eventually agreed to replace the dishwasher. During this time I am still paying a direct debit but with no solution to my appliance not working.

However, they confirmed they will only replace the dishwasher if we paid for the new dishwasher (and the delivery, installation and removal).

Their terms and conditions and website do not say anywhere that if a replacement is required you have to pay for the appliance. Their website actually says ‘free replacement’ and ‘no hidden costs’. Their terms and conditions say you have to pay for installation and removal if you want them and delivery of the appliance but nothing about paying for the appliance itself.

I have raised this with them and they are not moving on this.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT REPAIR YOUR APPLIANCE OR REPLACE IT BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Repair booked easily with helpful agent and completed expeditiously.

The young lady, Sadie, was a real pleasure to talk to, efficient, friendly and nothing I asked was any trouble to her. As a new member of staff she was more than helpful and made me feel at ease. I have medical conditions that can cause me, at times, to have moments of confusion but not this time Sadie was perfect. If her boss reads this I'd just like to say Sadie is a keeper, if she's this good when new imagine when she's established, fantastic xx

Home appliance guard is excellent I have everything insured with them as Ive got peace of mind if anything breaks down they send amazing engineers and if unable to fix your receive a new appliance. I would definitely recommend to friends and family

I spoke to an young lady called Chi Chi today regarding my fridge freezer which had broken down .
She was a very bubbly polite and extremely helpful and guided me through the problem.
She polite helpfull and if I didn't quite get what she had told me , on asking if she would'nt mind explaining it again so I was totally up to date with what would happen .
There were no problems and was told I would get an email explaining the offers to me to renew my Fridge freezer .

I find Home Appliance Guard very helpful and professional at what they offer to their customers .
I personally have been a customer for over 10 yrs and really happy.
