The company did very well didn't have to wait long for problem to be solved 😀

When I booked the repair to my dishwasher, Bee was very friendly and helpful and explained what I had to do to check the machine and then booked my repair. Thank you
I would also like to add that the engineer who came to do the repair on 1st July was very professional and friendly

The assistant was very polite and knowledgable. She was able to assist me very rapidly. Top marks to Home Appluance Guard.

The repair was just a minor job but the engineer was excellent. He phoned me and kept me informed as to when he would arrive and then did the repair without any fuss at all.

The engineer was polite but didnt acknowledge the actual issue.
Thoughtout my 10 year of having my appliance, I have been advised differently. Use this setting, do this do that.
Having explained the issue of the appliance, I still get told I am not use the same setting.
I am not going to run washing machine for minimum 3hr each wash. So ofcourse im going to use 1.57min wash the most.
I also explained the appliance is 10 year old please can be something done about it. But no just a part was changed as usual. Yet today iv put my machine but still having the same issue.

The breakdown of our freezer was dealt with quickly and when repair was not possible a replacement was sourced and installed. Excellent communication throughout by email and on the phone; the actual human contact was much appreciated.

The wait for the repair was far to long. But the guy who came to do the repair, Janis was brilliant. He was very pleasant, really quick, and the washing machine was fixed. Brilliant.

The engineer that came to repair my machine was courteous, on time and tidy. He repaired my machine with no fuss.

Bee , answered all my queries professionally and without making me feel uncomfortable. She was easy to talk to and able to direct me to the appropriate person, she talked me through the process and ensured me that my issues would be resolved.

The engineer telephoned me to let me know when he was arriving.He was very courteous explained what he was going to do regarding the repair of the pipe.a d made sure everything ,was in great repair

A quick easy repair done on my grill, the engineer arrived on time and was very pleasant,he was in and out within 10 minutes, a satisfactory result, very pleased with this company

My request for an engineer’s site attendance was noted and I was advised that an engineer would be in contact within 48 hours.
I was then subsequently contacted by another company (more local) who advised that they would be able to attend the following Sunday and that I would be messaged with either an 8am to 1pm or Noon to 8pm time slot.
On the Friday, I received a phone call to ask if the Engineer could attend on the Saturday, time slot to be confirmed. I gave my consent but asked the caller to note that I would not be available form mid afternoon on Saturday due to a prior commitment. Later I received a text to the effect that the pm slot had been allocated to me and I then tried to phone the local company to try to re-arrange for another day but got a pre-recorded message that the Office was now closed.
Phoning Home Appliance Guard to let them know resulted with me being advised to try phoning them again or send them an email! In the end, I sent an email which began “Please do not attend …”
The following day, Saturday, I received a text confirming the engineers attendance for that afternoon/evening and at around 2pm another text stating that the engineer would be with me shortly. He turned up at about 3pm.

To be fair the fault was remedied and the faulty unit is working.

My lowish score reflects my view that good Service is about good communication, which was not my experience. It also means that time slots should not be imposed but be agreed in advance. Being told to wait in between noon and 8pm is also far too wide a time range and gives the impression that there is a lack of regard for the customer.
