I recently had Kris attend my property to complete a snagging survey and I was very impressed with the whole experience.
From the start Kris was professional and friendly making us aware of the details. He took the time to thoroughly inspect every aspect of our property, spending 4-5 hours going over everything. I appreciated how detailed he was ensuring no small issue was missed.
The cost of the survey was very reasonable, especially considering the level of attention Kris brought to the job. Once the survey was complete I received a detailed report that clearly outlined everything that needed attention.
Overall I highly recommend Kris for anyone in need of a snagging survey.
His thoroughness, professionalism and value for money made him a standout choice.
