KB House Surveys Arvostelua

Kris provided an exceptionally thorough and detailed pre completion snagging report and a highly professional service throughout - thank you

We got in touch with Kris to do snagging at our 3bed new build house in Oxfordshire. The communication was super easy and Kris' knowledge and passion made me realise he'd be the right person for the job.

Kris spent almost 5 hours at the property which resulted in a report which was detailed enough with every point addressed with photos for evidence.
I also had some queries followung the survey and Kris was happy to discuss and clear them out for me as well.

I'd recommend Kris without a doubt.

Kris provided me with a great service. With his trade and managerial background, this gives him a great asset to have. His professionalism and thorough process produces a great report from inside to out . Well worth it for piece of mind, even with a trade background like myself.

Highly recommend Kris. We used him to complete a snagging survey on our new build 3 bed detached house that we had just completed on. He was very thorough and his report covered everything which we then handed over to the builder for them to sort the snags out.

Kris was very professional, thorough and easy to deal with. His report was very comprehensive and enabled us to have more meaningful conversations with our builder to ensure that any issues were resolved promptly.

Kris was extremely helpful and efficient and did a great job. We asked him to come out twice, once to create the snagging list and once to check on the completion of the work. This made the whole process of buying a new build property easier. I would definitely recommend Kris.

Kris carried out a pre completion survey for us and was great from start to finish. Arriving at site and friendly and professional throughout. The report which was received later that day was very detailed and included drone footage with points to notice expanded on in the report. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Kris did a great job on our survey. We were very impressed by the detail he included in the survey. We are very grateful that he travelled all the way from Tewkesbury to Plymouth to do this for us.

I’m really happy with his work from start to finish. He was professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail. Everything was completed to a high standard, and he made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family without hesitation. 5⭐

We had a Level 2 homebuyer survey report done by Kris recently. It was promptly done within a week with reasonable price. He was very experienced and his attention to detail and clear presentation made us less worried throughout the buying process. Highly recommended.

Kris provided an outstanding, professional service. He was incredibly responsive to my specific requirements and took the time to ensure every detail was captured in the final report.

Kris truly goes the extra mile, offering valuable after-care support and advice long after the project was completed. I highly recommend their services!

Kris was very helpful throughout the whole process. His report was clear and thorough, with photos and an explanation for each point.

I am in the process of buying a new build and at first I wasn't sure if I needed a snagging survey as you are given up to 2 years to report any issues as you find them. However, I decided to go ahead and book Kris, after reading that there may be problems in new builds, particularly in areas that you may not initially think of or able to see. I am so glad I did go ahead with the report, as he did such a thorough survey and found things that I would never probably have found until it was too late!
The communication with Kris was excellent and he has been so helpful throughout. I would highly recommend him to others.

We used Kris to carry out a pre-completion survey on a 4 bed detached new build. He was extremely professional and helpful and produced an excellent report. We met him on site and he was very friendly and informative. The drone footage was a bonus. We would highly recommend using Kris.

Chris has been brilliant from the start to finish. Communication was on point and most of all, he meets the deadline set out. Very effective. Would definitely recommend, if you are struggling to find a decent surveyor.

Kris provided a pre completion snagging survey for our new build property. He was easy to contact and arrange an appointment. Kris arrived on time and was very professional but also put us at ease straightaway. He found things we would never even have considered. A very thorough inspection and an incredibly detailed report that was extensive but easy to understand. The cost was very reasonable and worth every penny. I can’t recommend Kris enough and would definitely use his services again if we moved to another new build. Don’t leave it to chance and snag yourself get Kris to do it for you, you won’t regret it.

After moving in to my new build I was unhappy with the state of the property and decided that I needed my new build snagged post completion by a professional. Kris was extremely responsive, reasonably priced and even had the availability to visit the next day once I had reached out.

Kris visited my property and was extremely kind and courteous, Kris provided a massive, extremely detailed snagging report which covered so many things that I’d never have found myself.

What can I say about Kris. His report was extremely detailed and thorough, the drone report gave a detailed report of the roof eaves guttering, lead work and car port. House electrics , and garage also reviewed. Quick response and results too. Nice guy at the end of the phone who will gladly offer advice. Reasonable price as well for a Level 2 survey. Would gladly recommend to anyone. Thanks Kris

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review – HomeBuyer Survey & Drone Inspection

We instructed KB House Surveys to carry out a Level 2 HomeBuyer Survey with drone inspection on a 1970s four-bedroom property in Swindon, and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

The survey was carried out professionally and on time, with excellent use of modern inspection methods including drone imagery, moisture testing and thermal imaging. This gave us a far clearer understanding of the roof condition, elevations and areas that are not easily accessible during a standard inspection.

The report itself was clear, well-structured and easy to follow, highlighting issues in a practical and proportionate way. Importantly, it clearly distinguished between minor maintenance items and matters requiring closer attention, without being alarmist. As someone with a technical background, I found the explanations sensible, evidence-based and helpful in supporting informed decision-making during the purchase process.

Particular value was added by the external detail, moisture readings, and commentary on items such as textured coatings and soffits, allowing us to plan future works with confidence and avoid unnecessary concern.

Overall, a thorough, honest and professional service that represents good value for money. I would happily use KB House Surveys again and recommend them to anyone purchasing a property who wants clarity rather than guesswork.

Kris is a straightforward guy who leaves no stone unturned. His snag survey was amaizingly thorough, often highlighting issues that had not been picked up by other surveyors or inspectors.

Communication throughout the whole snagging process was excellent. I cannot recommend Kris highly enough and do so without any hesitation at all.
