Excellent service

Item was dispatched quickly and I was contacted with a time slot as to when it would be delivered the next day. The quality of the product is excellent for the price.

Damaged bed no communication

Before ordering the bed the company couldn't do enough for me then it went down hill.
No notification as to delivery day it just arrived and luckily the driver rang me!!!
Unpacked the boxes two parts damaged. Contacted seller asked for a phone call on the Thursday and I'm still waiting!!!
As I'd sold my bed had to sleep on the floor.
E mailed company again on the Mondayrequesting phone call still nothing.
I'm fuming. Seems to be a case of we've got your money now we don't care!!!
Would never use these again which is a shame for them as was going to order more items for the spare room.
Shame on you

bought the above side board and was amazed by the whole experience
there site was easy to navigate the ordering process was easy and safe to use it was delivered in quick time and the quality for the price was top notch
only draw back was they didnt send any one to build it lol

highly recommend this furniture

i ordered seconique pine bedroom furniture. was more than impressed it it all. its all together and now in my bedroom. I love it. also customer services are the best ever any probs they sort it right away. ive already recommended home outlet to friends and family.

Good value for money xx

Ordered a table, minor fault in it but I paid less than half the price of any other retailers. I am more than happy with the item, delivery and service.
