Awful brand , its like ordering from a ghost , no support no nothing, its like gamble if you are lucky you will receive your order.

The hoodie i purchased arrived soaked in some sort of chemicals. It was smelly, and was leaking TONS of dye.
Also 3 of 6 buttons broke during hand washing it. The sellers are not very responsive. Do not buy here

they will take your money and then won't deliver the order for months

Absolutely awful company never order from them, I ordered the Cherry Raion Sweater, which at first I didn’t even know was a pre order because they really do there best to hide it, and to top it off they deceptively changed the preorder date without telling me so I ended up waiting three months for it. When it arrived it was nothing like how it looked in the photos, zipper was different and the quality was a joke. I also would like to mention the model they have in there photos are 5’10 wearing a Size M, I am 5’10 as well and bought a Size L and it still didn’t fit me. The quality sucks the brands sucks, it’s truly just an awful company, seriously take you 100 bucks and go to SHEIN and just buy clothes there, you’ll way get better quality. Looking at the reviews already on here I don’t even think they’ll reply to give me a refund, genuinely never buy from here it might as we’ll be a scam.

DOGSHIT Company. You are going to eventually going to get your order BUT BUT BUT, it will take MONTHS for them to deliver it to you. I placed an order on 5th december 2025, got half of the order on 14th february 2026. and the other half on 29th march 2026.

And the only reason they delivered it to me is because I filed complaint on consumerhelpline the first time and I threatened to sue them legally using e-jagriti the second time.

If you are facing issues with your order, just sue them. that's the only way they will listen. Dont fall for the fake promises they make on instagram dms. OH SPEAKING OF WHICH, they wont reply to the support mail and even if they do, it will be a botted message redirecting you to their dms. E-Jagriti can take a lot of time, as the documents are pretty hard to recreate, so try to make the documents with the help of chatgpt and youtube. consumerhelpline is easy but it wont get you anywhere.

i bought yeti hoodie like 2 months ago. it is disappointing that so many reviews here is fake. i got the hoodie just 2-3 days later. the quality is top level, i had booked the wrong size by mistake and they gave a reply 2am at night, they did not charge anything extra, and the embroidery, design is just top class. every where i go wearing the hoodie on, i get all the attention.

This is hands down one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. Zero response, zero accountability, zero professionalism. Once the payment is done, they vanish like cowards. Honestly, it was my stupidity to buy a shitty product from a shitty company run by an even shittier management. There is absolutely no customer support, no respect for customers, and no intention of resolving issues. If ignoring customers was a business model, these guys would be market leaders.

Save yourself the frustration, stress, and regret. Don’t make the same mistake I did. This company does not deserve your money or your time.

It is a scam have not received the product from past 2 month.

Its literally been almost a month, and they still haven't delivered my jacket. they told me it will be dispatched by 5th of February but it hasn't. Never trusting them anymore.

Pathetic experience! I ordered 2 jackets on a pre order with 100% advance payment in December! It’s February & I’ve yet not received the jackets! There’s no where to reach their team on their website neither do they send any email. I reached out to them on Instagram multiple times, they replied after weeks saying it’ll be dispatched on a certain day but it’s still not dispatched. I’m taking a legal action on this brand and will make sure they stop scamming people.
