Customer service went above and beyond to help me when I ordered the wrong size. Very very grateful for this. And the item quality is amazing! It's my favourite piece in my wardrobe now

Happy customer

Been shopping with them for years

I’ve never had a bad experience with this company I’ve only ever enjoyed them I’ve been shopping with them since they had chainsaw man merch and still am today recently bought the tidal wave jeans and I’ve never had a pair of pants I’ve enjoyed so much will continue to regularly buy from these people they ALWAYS DELIVER 10/10 quality items!!!

Two thumbs up for Shihiko!

My daughter loves the design on Shihiko’s clothes. The quality of the materials are made of quality. Their customer service is excellent and they are very responsive. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I emailed them. They responded right away. They also sent a pair of lovely socks, which are so soft and comfortable. My daughter wore the entire outfits as soon as they arrived, that’s how excited she is about their products. I love how they refer by my name, very respectful during our email exchange in resolving my order. Shihiko is a quality and trustworthy brand. My daughter would definitely order from them again and recommend them to others. I will do the same.

Valentine’s Gift

Took a bit longer to get here but tbh it was understandable bc I’m far! Absolutely amazing quality, my friend got me the divine form knit and divine visions hoodie as a valentines gift and OH MY GOD??? it’s so so so nice to the touch and perfect to wear, I’m autistic and super particular abt fabrics and they are SO comfy. the designs are also very my brand and perfect in my wardrobe!!

When ordering I wasn't expecting the bakeneko hoodie to be shipped so fast, the color was a little darker than expected but despite it being a bit different I still loved all the detailing on the hoodie!
