Good product, confusing sales process
The product I bought is good and conform expectations. The ordering process was rather cumbersome. The communication by mail was sometimes rather confusing, with very short messages from different persons. Everything became clearer after intervention of the Dutch sales manager.

Hatte am 27/12/2024 eine Bestellung aufgegeben,bis heute kam leider nichts an.nach mehreren E-Mails wurde mir gesagt dass das Paket anscheinend verloren ging.Sie hatten mir angeboten die gleiche Bestellung mir noch mal zu kommen zu lassen,was ich dann mit ja beantwortete.nach langem warten auch auf diese Lieferung ca drei Wochen,hatte ich sie noch mal angeschrieben, darauf hin schrieben sie mir per E-Mail,das die von mir bestellte Ware ausverkauft wäre.mein Geld habe ich bis heute noch nicht.letzte sauladen.

I made an order more than 2 months ago and no news since then. I’ve tried to phone many times and received the same bizarre vocal registered message
It’s petty especially that I had also a very bad experience with SNG after many years and so many euros spent there for what we call our old ladies

Just the job!
The wipers were precisely what I had been looking for elsewhere and which I had been having a lot of trouble locating. They fitted my Mercedes-Benz perfectly and the quality of the blade and holder were excellent. They were despatched quickly and efficiently too.
