This program is well thought out, Dan has done a amazing job connecting all the dots, takes all the guesswork out of how to train a young Hockey player for the upcoming season, I cannot believe how detailed the program is and what it offers. It has taking a huge weight off my shoulders all I have to do now is follow the program and trust the process.

Excellent programs across the board. Enthusiastic videos and structure to allow any individual to improve overall health and conditioning. For athletes such as hockey players it’s a must! I wish I had found this site and instructional videos a long time ago! Thank you Dan & Kevin!

The youth offseason has been great so far!!

Very well put together product. I like that you're targeting the youth with fun easy to follow workouts. My only suggestion would be to consider providing alternate exercises that target the same muscle groups. My son is still developing his strength and some of the exercises are beyond his ability right now. Keep up the good work.

The website is horribly designed and not intuitive to navigate. The ordering process is confusing and disjointed. They send out way too many emails. The three stars is only because of their customer service and resolving my issues quickly. They would be better off putting all of their videos on Youtube and charging a lesser amount for a subscription to them all. It would be way easier for the end-users and might get them more customers.

The programs are easy to follow and extremely well put together. I’ve used them for both my boys (13 & 10) as well as several players on their respective teams. Many thank to the guys at Hockey Training for their help in the success of so many players young and old.

This is the most thorough and accurate training site I've ever seen. Great job!

Quality content. Some oddities where content was definitely copied from a different training sheet. Website can be a little hard to navigate.

Honestly, pretty simple but effective to jump into

Great content, simple to follow and implement.

I bought the men's league domination about 2 weeks ago now and have been working through the program. The reason I am giving a 3 star review is because of the layout/format. For example, the intro video has Dan talking beside a white board for 11 minutes with hand written notes. It just looks budget. Learning to edit your videos with short clips of what your talking about would make the material a lot less of a snoozefest.

Another issue would be the so called "gifts" that come with the program. One of the gifts is a conditioning presentation and it is literally a 1.5 hour webinar. There isn't a chance in hell that anyone is sitting through that whole thing. With the attention span of people in this day and age, the information needs to be delivered fast and hard. Make your point, but get to the point faster to avoid losing your audience.

However, there are some positives with the program. There is a TON of information and Dan seems to back up everything he says with logical explanations. As for the main reason why we all buy the program (to be better hockey players), it's still to early to tell. I was going to wait to write the review but I am writing this in hopes that they will take some of what I am saying as constructive criticism and look to improve.

My last piece of criticism would be the lack of guidance in regards to the hockey skills. Of course, the lifting weights and hockey specific drills in the weight room are going to help improve on ice skills but at the end of the day to get better at wrist shots you simply to have to do more wrist shots. To get better at stick handling you need to put in more stick handling reps. I understand that the program provides different hockey specific drills, but my question is; when and how often do you recommend we incorporate these drills into the program?

You guys are definitely on the right track and seem to have some great knowledge of the game, but for a $150 program I suggest the following:

- Having an app for the program
- Editing your videos
- Recommendations on when and how to incorporate the hockey specific drills i.e. shooting/stick handling into the program
- having an easier to read/less "crammed" layout on the website

Nothing else like this out there..so much detailed, informed and proven information specific to hockey players. Always great content

The Hockey Training Certification program is awesome, I wish I did it before I did my NASM CPT, it helped me with a lot of key concepts.

Love the video content Hockey Training supplies to the viewers. They are informative and easy to follow.

The number one reason for searching the Web on Hockey information is my sixteen year old son who playes hockey for the Boston Jr. Bruins. He is 5’ 7” and weighs 155lbs. Playing at this high level requires a level of information that I can’t help him with. Hockey is a sport that I fell in love watching since 1975. Unfortunately I was a soccer player not a hockey player in my youth. The information that I have read and watched from your site is exceptional. That’s the reason why I registered on your site!
Considering on your certification program, just very hard when working sixty plus hours a week.
