My honest experience is that - even though I haven't been fully into it yet - there is so much interesting stuff and extremely useful information that I am very happy to have joined the team.
I am based in Switzerland but I would really like to meet them personally and have some training session together.

Easy to follow, great content and instruction on enhancing performance and skating technique.

My situation is I used to play youth hockey, high school hockey and adult league hockey. I had to stop playing because of double knee replacement surgery. My daughter recently showed interest in the sport and would like me to get back on the ice and help teach her. For me it was like starting all over. This program has allowed me to realize what I needed to to to get my skills back and where I was defecient and how to improve in these areas. I have also used what I have learned to teach her to achieve her goals correctly and efficiently.

Got the Men's League Annihilation product.

Overall there's some good information but for the price paid I was expecting a little more. The website layout is pretty amateur and not terribly user friendly. The work outs are nice and are explained well, with video demos and the bonuses were nice as well.

One place I was very disappointed with was the lack of hockey skill specific drills and training. There's 2 "work outs" for off-ice shooting/stick handling skills but they're both quite basic. I was hoping for some more stick handling drills and definitely some on-ice stuff. There's a lot of times where I'll hit up a stick and puck and not really know what I should be doing. There's definitely room for improvement there.

I purchased the men's league program. It covers a 12 month workout plan for 3 days a week.
I'm 3 months in so Ive given myself enough time to provide a proper review. A gym membership is required as I found out after my purchase. My home set up doesn't cover everything that it goes through.

I thought I knew enough about creating a training program but it's just no comparison to the program that coach Dan has set out. I have seen improvements in everything, Strength, conditioning, speed, hypertrophy. I need to tack on mobility on top the program to stay on top of things. I normally just do a 10 minute cool down and stretching after 2 workouts a week.

Make no mistake coach Dan is not your friend and does his job. These workouts are intense and commitment to yourself is needed to make it worthwhile.

Improvements I've achieved have been obtained faster than what I would have been able to do by myself.

Some of the workouts do seem like they are good on paper but not ideal in practice. Thankfully I haven't come across this too much.

Being vegan the included nutrition info isn't too relatable to me and I would like to see some of that included in the future. Either way it's a bonus information provided for free that can be beneficial to most people.

I really want to thank them for providing these products and I really enjoy the weeklu podcasts as well.

These guys are comprehensive. Wil give you the complete guide to hockey training based on where you're at and where you want to be. After following them for over a year, and reading everything they put online for free, I decided it was time to 'get onboard'. And I'm thrilled. Now I have a complete picture, and path moving forward. A schedule. An attitude. And two high level coaches that answer my questions. The biggest 'learn' for me, was differentiating between general training, and hockey-specific training. Second biggest was Mobility, and how much that can impact your game.

I feel my training is in good hands with hockey training. It’s cheap, easy to access, and I love it. Thank you HT

1 week in and my 11 year d really likes it but wish the tracking sheet were more week based especially with the non S&P days
