Although I’m loving the program there should be some alternative workouts for the workouts that use machines. (Cable Press)

We are new so it might be better to check in at a later time. We have watched most of the videos but have not started the workout programs for recording our info. We will be starting next week.

My son is 11 and he is really enjoying and is really into the workouts.

My 16-year-old hockey player is sticking to his workout routine and taking this program seriously. Great workouts and lots of follow up to see if we have questions or need more help. Thanks!

Combination of videos linked to the program sheets makes it easy for my 10 year old daughter understand how to do everything in her training. Podcasts let us take the training with us while driving to the rink, too.

My hockey player loves the follow along videos! Great anytime but especially while stuck at home he doesn’t feel like he’s working out alone. His favorite part is the dialogue during the exercises of how/why the exercises will help improve his hockey game! Worth every penny!

I am super stoked with this program. It is very easy to use exercises are one click away from a video demonstration. They do a great job!

Love how I don’t have to guess what type of workout to give my 16 yr old son (first yr AAA Midget), and when to do them... only been doing the program for three weeks, but so far so good...I also like the substitute exercises, just in case u don’t have all of the required equipment, especially during this isolation time...the fellas have been quick back with replies when I had a question about the different programs... highly recommended

Incredible customer service, very transparent information and very high quality training programs.

So far so good. We're in the 2nd week of a 23 week schedule. The youth workouts are challenging but reasonable. If you have experience in training, you can definitely help your child through this. If not, get help to make sure proper form is being followed.

So far so good. Only in regeneration phase of 25 week program for my 10 year old. He likes it so far.

It is too earlier to give 5-stars, but the variety is great. My son was getting bored with his routine even though things changed every couple of weeks.
