I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hirix International.

I ordered a garden furniture set through Wowcher for £599 plus an additional £50 delivery charge, with Hirix International responsible for fulfilment and delivery. The expected delivery date was 7 July.

It is now 13 July, and I have still not received the furniture.

At no point have I been provided with any tracking information or delivery updates. Despite multiple attempts to obtain information about the status of the order, I have received no meaningful response.

When I contacted Wowcher, I was informed that they have no visibility of the status of the order with Hirix and are unable to tell me whether the item has been dispatched, where it is, or when it is likely to arrive.

Having paid £649 in total, it is extremely frustrating to be left with no furniture, no tracking information, and no communication regarding the status of the order.

I appreciate that delays can happen, but customers should at the very least be kept informed and provided with tracking details and realistic delivery expectations.

Had an awful time trying to contact HIREX with no succsess. Although I purchased some garden furniture online from the range I’ve been forced to deal with HIREX international who I’ve been informed are the supplier. Iv been waiting for over 3 weeks for my goods now and desispite unlimited efforts no reply. Has this company folded ? I will update in due course.

On 22/06/2026 I ordered 1 x Alivio 4L Portable Air Cooler for Home and Office due to the extreme hot weather. It arrived quickly with instructions and was assembled easily enough. However, instead of cooling the room it made it 3 x hotter. I initiated a return and sent it back via Argos. Today 09/07/2026 I received notification that I had been fully reimbursed for the item, a total of £59.99. I would definitely not recommend the item but I can't complain about the customer service and speedy refund. Thank you.

I bought a fan but it was damaged but I emailed them for return but no response not even picking up the phone

absolutely AWFUL service. got a garden egg chair off this company through wowcher, came and built and after 2 uses one side fell apart!! contacted company countless times and wowcher also and still 2 months later noone has resolved this. the company hasn't got back to me at all and so far wowcher have sent a replacement part that was 'out for delivery' a month ago and arranged to collect my whole chair! neither of which have happened! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Next day delivery and item not even with the courier. Should have read these reviews first.

This pace is a absolute joke ordered Garden furniture through Wowcher was able to track it then it disappeared 4 days of constant calls emails and nothing back avoid at all costs amd wowcher are just as bad no one knows where is it apparently 😡

Do not use this company especially if you through wowcher they are scammers didn’t receive product and did not get a refund tried plenty of times to get this sorted and even wowcher ain’t interested as they say it’s not there problem . I’m now going through a small claims court . And next I’ll be finding out there address and paying them a visit . Keep away from this company and keep away from wowcher I’ve been reading about people having same problems as me

Emailed 4 times, tried to call them also to arrange a return of an order but impossible to receive a reply

I purchased a garden egg chair from Hirix (via Wowcher) as a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, the chair was not fit for purpose, as its shape made it uncomfortable to sit in and impossible to rest your head back properly.

We have now been waiting five days for the chair to be collected. We were advised that the courier would collect it on 29th June between 8am and 6pm, so we stayed in all day. Unfortunately, there was no collection and no phone call or message to explain the delay.

The courier has since stated that they had an inactive mobile number, which is incorrect. The number they have is my daughter’s mobile number, as confirmed in an email from Hirix, and she has received no calls or messages from them.

I would like to acknowledge that Hirix has been prompt in responding to emails and their communication has been understanding and supportive. It may well be that the courier service is letting them down. However, from a customer’s perspective, this still affects the overall experience and inevitably impacts the company’s customer service and reputation.

I hope this matter can now be resolved promptly, with the chair collected and my refund processed without further delay.

Avoid this company at all costs! They completely mess you around with returns I bought two zero gravity sun loungers off Debenhams third party sellers hirix on the 1/6/26 I received them on the first use one of the loungers broke very flimsy plastic circle that reclines it , Debenhams was amazing but it had to go through hirix for returns they accepted but still to this date 2/7/26 they are messing around not turning up for collection, I have all emails for dates set and they don’t bother to turn up or they constantly changing it,yet they refusing me a refund until collected! Do not buy from hirix or any other store like Debenhams that sell there stuff it’s been a nightmare and a total disgrace of the hirix company I landed up buying two new loungers from Robert dyas they are sturdy strong no cheap plastic parts all metal! and cheaper buy from Robert dyas!! Hirix is a disgrace

If there was an option for 0 stars, j would give that. What a shower of @#!* (feel free to make your own word). Ordered a bean to cup coffee machine on 14th June, still waiting for it to arrive on 27th June. Unable to get through to customer services or their tracking department as their operators are dealing with other people. Amazon need to drop this company, to say i am dissatisfied is an under statement. When i went on to their website, the coffee machine is out of stock apparently. My gripe is not just with these, but also with Evri because they have lost the parcel ( or so ive been told), but somewhere in a warehouse, either in Hirix International or Evri is my coffee machine when it should be sitting on my kitchen worktop.

Bought an air fryer in Oct 25, it died a few months later. Wrote to Debenhams who fobbed me off to Hirix who completely ignored my message. Terrible. I’ll write to trading standards

Really really bad company.
Awful customer service, they do not respond to any emails at all.
I bought 2 air fryers from them which have been returned, I have the photo of them both back in their warehouse from dpd and I'm still getting no response. So I have no items and I don't have the money back either, I think they hope I will just give up. Disgusting company

I ordered a 5 piece outdoor table and chair set from Hirix through Tesco marketplace. While the delivery was fast and efficient, unfortunately the item itself wasn’t up to standard. The chairs would not assemble right and would be wobbly even when on even ground. I contacted Hirix about this whos communication has been brilliant from start to finish. They replied very promptly, arranged for the item to be collected and even initiated the refund the same day the item was collected. I would like to say a thankyou to Haseen for the excellent and efficient communication making this process incredibly seamless!

I purchased an office chair via Debenhams website. It arrived promptly with the wrong set of instructions. Unable to check contents of box or assemble using instructions. I contacted Hirix returns via Debenhams website immediately requesting return as I did not want to start trying to assemble. That was 8 Jan 2026. Heard nothing for a couple of weeks and chased up. To cut to the chase, I had to involve Debenhams customer services who liaised with Hirix who were meant to respond to me about collection but didn't. No communication at all from Hirix. Eventually the item was collected on 1 May 2026. Nearly two months later I still have not been refunded. Unsurprisingly unable to contact their customer services by phone. Doubt I will get my money back.....

Do not purchase from this company. I have been waiting 6 wks for the item I purchase from B&Q to be either replaced refunded or the missing parts sent out. I have spoken sent numerous emails and phone messages and also contacted them through B&Q. I am disable and was eventually told to build the item and the missing and damaged parts would be sent. I was not happy with this but they wouldn’t send a replacement so I paid to have it built. Half the parts missing and large dents and scraping where it had previously been made and dismantled.
I was sent an email asking to circle the items missing and damaged which I did. I sent numerous emails photos of the damage and a week later I receive the same email asking g for the same details. B&Q can’t help and market place is not bothered about what is sold or any dispute. My last resort now isn’t to send all the information to my credit card company and ask for the refund through them.

Do not purchase anything from this company. The company phone number on the website leads you to an answer phone which is never listened to. If you wish to contact them then use this number 0116 507 5387 this number is the office number which they used to communicate with me.

B&Q and Market place will not help you and Hirix International is a cowboy firm who sell damaged use products and take your money whilst hiding behind B&Q.
