I ordered an egg chair. I had a small problem which was rectified straight away. Very fast delivery. Also the material on the cushion is of good quality.
I would definitely not hesitate to order of this company again.

I Brought a product through Wowcher, I have had no communication from Hirix, the product is now a month overdue I have emailed them 5 times with no response.
This is a shocking company would not recommend using but I will not give up I will continue to message until I get my item that I paid for

Do not use them

I have a faulty item which they won’t accept any responsibility for it- just not responding.

I’ve reported them to trading standards

Bought an air cooler from Hirix via The Range Market Place.
It arrived but does not work.
We downloaded a return label from there site that appears to be Evri, it is not! The label is not from Evri or any other delivery company I know.

Hirix does not answer the phone or return messages.
The Range, a reputable company, are not interested.
Evri are not interested
Also, there was an Evri contact form for complaints on Hirix return label. I filled it out and was immediately contact by Alex. He told me to download an app called LIMFI for my refund. After he asked me for ALL my personal details/bank details etc I asked him who he worked for....no answer. I then hung up and deleted LIMFI. Google tells me LIMFI is an app set up totransfer cash across different countries.

Buyer beware. Stay away!!!

Bought an air conditioner through hirix via wowcher. Hasn't arrived. Absolute scammers. Nothing i can do about it. No one wants to help. Totally disgusting.

Ordered through market place, my item arrived really quickly, I did have a slight issue that being the order had a 2nd box which didn't arrive with the first, I contacted them and I had almost instant reply which was great and my other box turned up within a day or two, that's down to the delivery company but I still had the whole order within a few days of ordering so all good ,the actual product is fantastic all in all very good ,

I have been contacting Hirix International for over a month regarding a refund for two returned items: a folding table and a set of six chairs.

The chairs were collected last month, but I still haven't received the refund. As for the folding table, no one has come to pick it up despite repeated requests.

It has now been more than a month, and I have been calling almost every day, spending hours trying to get through. Even after leaving multiple messages, I have not received any response.

This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. Painful decision to purchase from tesco marketplace.

Absolute joke of a company ! Ordered 2 cooling fans through Debenhams . Chose express delivery and they arrived late so were no longer needed as bought them to take away. The day they arrived I asked for a refund. Have sent various emails and tried phoning with no response ! Been 3 weeks now and nothing. Disgraceful company. Avoid !!

I ordered and paid for some garden furniture through Debenhams but then received an email to say it was out of stock but then surprisingly the furniture was delivered through a company called Hirix and they wanted paying direct. The only option to pay is through a bank transfer to someone called Sameer. It looks very dodgy to me. I tried to phone Hirix but the number is unobtainable. Have not paid yet as I am not happy to do this. It seems very unprofessional

Initially there was a problem with
a wrong order delivered.That was disappointing. Contacted Hirix customer service&Adil empathetic and more than helpful he was 5 star in resolving issue that same day.Email from company kept me updated.Wrong item picked up& correct order delivered together which was brilliant. Impressed with customer service and their quickness in resolving. Quality of item ordered fantastic. Thank you Hirix& team,especially you Adil.Will use again with confidence.

Ordered garden furniture £149.99 on B&Q marketplace, delivered & dumped on my doorstep with no tracking or information when it was going to be delivered. 2 of the 4 chairs was a different colour so arranged the faulty one's to be sent back, was told numerous times a replacement was being dispatched. Terrible communication & awful customer service, been waiting 6 weeks for replacement that they have no intention of replacing! Marketplace have offered me part refund, lots of messages & emails back & forth Hirix takes your money then don't communicate, absolutely disgusting! AVOID!!

Bought an item from Hirix through Debenhams marketplace, item arrived late was faulty. Over 2 weeks on from raising my request for a refund and I’m still waiting, so far I’ve received 4 separate requests for photos and videos showing the fault part of the air con unit. Yes that’s right in order to refund, they want me to identify the broken part inside the electrical unit and provide photo or video evidence of its being faulty. Anyway, we’re past that now, but in order to get a return label, I’ve now been asked for a photo of the item, fully securely packaged ready for return or they won’t issue a return label.
Please, do not buy from these or Debenhams online.

Ordered garden set through Wowcher , received order on 2nd July 2026 wrong ordered received, wowcher advised me that I needed to contact Hirex International I have now sent ten emails and left about 20 voice mails , I have never experienced any like this appalling customer service as they do not get back to you , now having to go through wowcher and I just feel like I am going round in circles, parcel has now been in my hallway waiting to be returned now for 2 weeks .Hirex and Wowcher should be not be proud and need to sort themselves out. What ever you do do not order from Hirex through Wowcher and read the reviews you do not need the hassle!

Would give zero if possible.

Avoid Debenhams and Hirix at all costs. They take your money, deliver incorrect, faulty, stained and substandard goods and then refuse to reply, despite being in receipt of extensive photographic evidence of the incorrect goods.

I have paid for goods and did not received them, yet they refuse to communicate, refuse to refund me and refuse to collect the incorrect order

The items they sent were damaged, used, old stock. If they do this with everyone; they get rid of old stock and getting paid to do so.

I know of other people who have experienced the same issues with this company (only just discovered)

It is one big scam, they never answer the phone or call you back

I ordered two items through this company. One came within 3 days the other appeared to have been mislaid at the couriers ! This item arrived with a damaged box and the item did not operate as it should. I contacted the company and it was resolved within a week with return and full refund. Very good service .I would use them again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hirix International.

I ordered a garden furniture set through Wowcher for £599 plus an additional £50 delivery charge, with Hirix International responsible for fulfilment and delivery. The expected delivery date was 7 July.

It is now 13 July, and I have still not received the furniture.

At no point have I been provided with any tracking information or delivery updates. Despite multiple attempts to obtain information about the status of the order, I have received no meaningful response.

When I contacted Wowcher, I was informed that they have no visibility of the status of the order with Hirix and are unable to tell me whether the item has been dispatched, where it is, or when it is likely to arrive.

Having paid £649 in total, it is extremely frustrating to be left with no furniture, no tracking information, and no communication regarding the status of the order.

I appreciate that delays can happen, but customers should at the very least be kept informed and provided with tracking details and realistic delivery expectations.

This review reflects my experience as of 13 July 2026.
