arcade stick artwork laten printen en lastercutten.
eerste ervaring was slecht. kleuren klopte niet. lag aan mijn monitor zeiden ze. daarna naar de winkel gegaan goedkope printer gehaald en zelf maar uitgeprint. toen klopte het wel. vervolgens foto van gemaakt en opgestuurd. paar uur later zeiden ze dat het inkt op was van hun printer en dat ze het opnieuw hebben uitgeprint. toen was het wel goed.
vervolgens vele maanden later weer een artwork gestuurd want was me oude zat. 10 euro duurder geworden. oke. kan. 50 euro bij elkaar. makkelijk verdiend. vervolgens krijg ik het opgestuurd. kloppen de kleuren weer niet. dit keer lag het aan de rgb/cmyk instellingen in photoshop.
ik weer boos natuurlijk. ik thuis uitprinten op mijn goedkope printertje.
komt die er weer perfect uit kwa kleuren.
maar zelf snappen ze het ook niet waarom mij geprinte versie kleur heeft en die van hun niet.
als ik iets print en het komt niet overheen met wat op me beeldscherm staat dan weet je toch dat er ergens iets niet klopt ?
geld terug geven doen ze niet
opnieuw printen doen ze niet.
enigste optie die ik kreeg was dat ik het ergens anders laat printen om mijn kosten en dat ze het gratis snijden voor me. waardoor ik waarschijnlijk weer 7 euro aan verzendkosten moet gaan betalen plus nog eens de kosten van de print zelf.
ik vind dit belachelijk.
ze zullen vast goed zijn in waterkoeling en weet ik veel wat allemaal.
maar de rest kwa service is echt bagger.

het is jammer dat ik hier geen fotos kan plaatsen.

Dé specialist als je je pc wil waterkoelen. De site kan overzichtelijker, maar voldoet.
Ik heb alles wat ik wilde bij 1 shop kunnen bestellen en sommige prosucten zijn zelf goedkoper dan bij de fabrikant EKWB. Ze reageren erg snel op vragen en ik heb zelfs last minute wijzigingen kunnen doen aan de bestelling.
De producten zijn goed verpakt verstuurd.
Ik raad Highflow aan.

I wanted to order a pc case that wasn't in stock at the moment but needed to know when the product would be expected to arrive at their warehouse. Within 5 minutes i got an reaction from highflow with the exact information that i needed ( it was even within a week delivery!). even after my question a few days later about a other product i got immediate response, they were very kind and cooperative.

I recommend it to everyone because even the bigger pc-part company's can learn from their customer service.

Echt de beste winkel als het gaat om waterkoeling en alles wat met je pc te maken heeft qua kabels enzovoort.
Ik had zelf een foutje gemaakt tijdens het bestellen en toen heb ik vandaag een berichtje gestuurd en ik had binnen 12 minuten een reactie en het was gelijk aangepast echt top service.

I've ordered some small stuff, cable combs, the 90 degree 24pin and some other things, the service is excelent, clear, fast shipping and a goodie!

I needed a test bench that I couldn't get anywhere else and I needed it yesterday, ordered it Monday morning and received it by the noon of the next day. I applaud their efficiency. They also seem to have a lot of specialised components/accessories which is nice to see. I will definitely order again from them if I need anything special like this.

Beware however that there's a free standard delivery for orders above 150 euros, which is not communicated on their website well, sadly. My order was almost that, I wish I could've ordered some smaller stuff to avoid the delivery cost.

Folks at Highflow.net know what they are doing! I had some troubles installing my first cooling system, but they were constanty messasing me and carrying me through the process. Wide selection of products and good prices are important, but great service is vital for a novice like me! Thank you guys!

The COVID-19 impact on supply logistics meant a considerable delay between ordering and the part supplier receiving overdue stock. HighFlow customer services were always very open and honest in their situation assessment, responding quickly and positively to my enquiries. When my order finally arrived, it was perfect. A very positive experience in challenging times.

ordered some fans that weren't in stock but the note said 3-5 days. 4 months later still no fans. customer service is non exsisting and they really don't care about the customer. if i could i would give them a -5 stars. worst company on the net. And yes u did reply everytime. But how about keeping in touch with the customer? Showing that u actually care. And u shouldn't be surprised with this review as I told u that I was goin to write one. Don't pretend u are holier then the pope in this case.

Om heel eerlijk te zijn absoluut geen fijne ervaring gehad. Ik was op zoek naar de juiste cable sleeves voor mijn setup. Gezien er zoveel variatie / mogelijkheden zijn, heb ik in eerste instantie contact opgenomen met Highflow om te kijken welke passen op mijn huidige setup. Er werden mij twee kits voorgesteld waarbij ik bijkomstig nog vroeg om welke cable combs erbij passen. Waarbij een set cable combs werd aanbevolen. Daarop besluit ik mijn bestelling te plaatsen één van de twee kits en de cable combs. Nadat deze toekomen stel ik vast dat deze niet compatibel zijn. Waarop ik betrokkene verkoper contacteer. Ze gaf mij aan dat terugsturen geen enkel probleem is. Ik werd doorverwezen naar de RMA afdeling. Daar werd ik echter gelijk een hond behandeld. Het was niet de schuld van de collega maar mijn schuld want ikzelf heb de bestelling ingegeven dus was het mijn keuze. Ik vroeg om meer uitleg en werd heel bot afgescheept en ik moest me er maar bij neerleggen. Wat mij betreft dus absoluut geen fijne ervaring. Ik vroeg voor een tegemoetkoming in de transportkosten van de terugzending gezien ik verkeerdelijk advies kreeg maar dit doen ze nooit was het antwoord. We zijn allemaal mensen en kunnen fouten maken en daar heb ik ook alle begrip maar dit vind ik toch niet klantvriendelijk. Tot slot vroeg ik hoe zijn een oplossing zien en daarop kreeg ik nooit een antwoord. Dit betreur ik dan ook enorm.

1 star for proper delivery. After service is bad. They don't accept redund of EK waterblock for strix 3080/3090 because it's used. The block+backplate causes crazy coil whine. Search on Reddit to read complaints of other users, i cant post links here.
They would send it to EK but if EK says there is nothing wrong with it I have to pay for transport and "research" costs regarding Highflow.
This is against the law in the Netherlands. The law states If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a free repair, a new product or a refund of your money.
Be aware of your planning to buy from this store.

Ordered three times from Highflow, the last two times were during Black Friday and all orders arrived safely packed. Highly recommend them and I will definitely purchase from you again!

Highflow reminds me of Performance PC's in the US. They have a great selection of products, fast delivery, and great prices. I will be a loyal customer of Highflow for years to come!

Ordered first a product from a competitors site since I assumed highflow had no stock, turns out the other site didn't ship my order in 2 whole days and then decided to cancel and order from highflow as they had the item in stock. It took 3 hours from the time of placing the orders for the order to be shipped! Amazing speed compared to the competition... Also ordered another thing before this one since highflow was the only company in the entire EU offering those specific fittings I needed.
