Amazing company!

I’d highly recommend ordering through this company! Their customer service is quick, helpful and very professional! They were able to get me a test quickly from the UK. The test kit had everything I needed and it was easy to use! I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism! If I ever need testing again, they will be the first I go through!

Here in no time

I was surprised to find my order was being filled from the UK and even more surprised at how quickly it was despatched and arrived in my letter box half a world away. Very pleased with the service and response

You asked for a review, so I wrote it. I'm not looking for fault, God forbid, but rather saying how I feel about this purchase.
As a customer who buys several times, the customer can be greeted and helped. This is my opinion.

I have reviewed the conversation you had with my colleague and can see that their emails were very polite and factually correct. You had ordered an incorrect item by mistake and you had asked for us to give you a discount, which our staff member was not authorised to do. You then stated we were "exploiting" you which was an unfair comment - and definitely not true.

Great Experience

Brilliant after sales support!

I had to contact their accounts team to get some information. Amanda was so helpful and came back to me so quickly with everything that I needed. I can't speak on the purchasing side, but the after sales support is brilliant, thank you!
