Parcel has been delivered to you by Royal Mail to Doha nd says ready to collect but no where does it tell me where I collect it from?
How do I get what I’ve paid for and be able to collect it without this information?

Exceptional customer service and aftercare. I was very impressed by my experience with Daniel who liased with a manufacturer on my behalf to resolve a warranty issue fully in my favour. The omron hem 9601t-e3 arrived on time and I downloaded the app. However the Bluetooth function does not work and the meter reads high. I got a colleague who is an electrical engineer to check it and he reported the same issue. I would like to post it back to you and get a refund. Goods must legally be of merchandisable quality in Australia. Thank you, Michael

Do not use Healthcare4all! I ordered a BEU-424.01 Beurer electric blanket 12/24 & when I received it found that it didn’t work. I’ve been in consistent communication with them and following their suggestions. I finally took a blanket to Best Buy and was informed I need a 250 V power converter. The voltage in the UK is not compatible with the US, which they did not tell me.I have not been able to find the correct converter online to order. Healthcare4all has not provided me the refund they said they would and they are no longer returning my emails.

Service was quiqly

I’ve always been able to have no issues with placing my order and receiving the delivery. If I had any problems, Branch resolved it before I said anything about it. Never regretted being a customer with Healthcare4all.

Doctor was compassionate, and wonderful to talk to. I would highly recommend this service to anyone having health issues.

I ordered supplies on November 13 and didn’t receive them until January 19.
I asked for another shipment after a little over a month. They didn’t seem to be concerned that I was without a much test strip. I ordered a month before I needed them. I was told that the problem was with the royal mail. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you really don’t need the product in a timely manner.

Very happy I was able to purchase much needed eye drops for a reasonable price.
