I wanted to purchase 2 x year packs to go with my Beurer HI60 nebuliser and unfortunately none were in stock. I contacted Healthcare4all and they quickly responded back explaining they were waiting on stock from the supplier and were happy to put me on a list to be advised when stock became available.

True to their word they advised me by email and I was able to purchase online and within an hour my 2 packs were processed and sent! That is amazing customer service and very friendly too.

It didn't take too long for my parcel to reach Australia from the UK but now the lengthy wait for the actual delivery via Australia Post ...

I recently purchased a Beurer IH60 Rechargeable Compressed Air Travel Portable humidifier plus a Year pack from Healthcare4all. I was unable to purchase this portable unit in Australia and discovered I could purchase from Healthcare4all in the UK so within hours of placing my order they had it in the mail and on its way to Australia. I was very impressed with their speedy service and quick delivery. There were no hickups with the mail and I received it within 10 business days which I was very happy with. Their service is outstanding and their communication is 10 stars. I wanted to purchase another 2 Year Packs and found they were out of stock so I emailed them inquiring if they knew when their next shipment would be and Daniel replied within an hour of me getting in touch with them! Now that is service especially when we are living on the other side of the planet from each other.
I highly recommend this company, they have been outstanding in their service and I really appreciate their honesty, help and assistance.

I was very shocked, Ina good way. My order came in no time at all. Packaged well, the item for my nebuliser was just as described.

I find it refreshing to deal with people who are genuinely expert in choosing healthcare products. My experience is that they give you honest and practical advice. Health is particularly important and it is good to deal with a company that knows and practices this.

Healthcare were efficient and polite. Free postage for a £100 item woud have been good, as would be the option to exclude vat at source on completion of a declaration on qualifying items . Otherwise excellent to deal with

Very poor customer service.
The company had changed the product I usually order and would not accept a return. Product is unopened & unused. Left considerably out of pocket.
I did get in touch with the company and manufacturer, both unhelpful & would not accept a return...

Really fast delivery and the vat relief was great as I wouldn’t have known about it if it wasn’t for your website
