Terrible company to Deal with
Terrible company to Deal with ! I purchased a very expensive sofa from this company under the assumption if anything did happen to go wrong you are covered under their warranty. My sofa unfortunately started to literally fall apart after 3 years. Fast forward they sent out a technician who agreed it was bad and they would repair. Next I’m told the fabric cannot be sourced bearing in mind this is a very expensive sofa made from velvet so I’m guessing it’s an expensive repair? I’m then offered a measly amount in compensation £375 which isn’t even going to cover the cost of the expensive fabric I paid over £5000 for this sofa what a joke of a company! Bad communication emails that do not make any sense nor follow through phone calls unreturned! .. Never use this company for they do not honour there warranty’s . Onto furniture ombudsman ..

Appalling customer service.
I bought a bathroom cabinet from Heals. The order confirmation came to my email. When the cabinet never arrived I emailed customer services to enquire about my order. I was informed that the order and the account details did not match. I sent them evidence that it was my order and I have heard nothing since in spite of my follow up emails.
It was an expensive bathroom cabinet and I want the item or a refund.

Great buying experience
Katya was very helpful, showing sofa fabric swatches and overcoming a glitch with the order. The whole experience was relaxed and un-rushed.
At last we have found some stylish sofas that feel great, look fantastic and aren't too deep.

Customer Service have no idea what is going on
The item I wanted disappeared from the website, I called them they said they did have stock but couldn't sell it to me, but it was a website glitch and to check back in a few weeks. I did, it was still missing so I emailed them, was told it was out of stock and now I've looked and it is on the website. [insert exploding head emoji here]. Not helpful as an interior designer trying to specify a product to be messed around like this.

The simplicity to navigate
The simplicity to navigate. Online experience... nothing short of what I would expect from Heals. I live in Switzerland now, but I am happy to visit the store on Tottenham Court Road whenever I manage to get back to London.
