Crap customer service they block my account coz of biometric scan I live in abroad I keep emailing to customer service about issue they email back to me contact your local branch local branch branch manager says contact customer service they do this intentionally this is disrespectful have to beg for my own money HBL is not trust worthy not recommendable

HBL Customer Service & Mobile app is absolutely appalling
HBL Mobile app is absolutely crap. The customer service is even worse. I have been having issues with the app for over two months now and every time I try and talk to someone they keep telling me to ring back as the system is not working. I cannot connect with the app to check my balance, it keeps crashing/freezing.
They need to employ people who know what they are doing rather than "call back later team"
UPDATE
Now six weeks later and still HBL have not sorted my password or login details.
Absolutely appaling bank, wish I had never opened account with these people.
So far have sent numerous email and reminders to the following people but still not resolved...
