This is a great bank and very good service

I’ve been given incorrect information from this bank trying to sell me an insurance policy from jubilee life insurance. Just for the sake of selling the insurance they lie and give you the incorrect information and deliberately do not give you, your documentation so that you cannot cancel it.

I've been a customer of HBL for quite some time now, and overall, I've had a positive experience with their services. I would rate them 4 stars for the following reasons:

1. Good Services:
HBL has consistently provided reliable and efficient banking services. Whether it's handling transactions, online banking, or customer support, their services have met my expectations.

2. Professionalism:
The staff at HBL has been professional and helpful in addressing any queries or concerns I've had. Their commitment to customer service has made my banking experience smooth and hassle-free.

3. Room for Improvement:
While I appreciate the overall quality of their services, I do believe there is room for improvement. One area that stands out is the need for a reduction in fees and taxes. Lowering these costs would undoubtedly enhance the overall value proposition for customers.

4. Suggestions:
I would encourage HBL to consider reviewing and potentially decreasing their fees and taxes to make their services even more competitive in the market. This adjustment could further contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

In conclusion, HBL has been a reliable banking partner, and I appreciate the positive aspects of their services. With a slight adjustment in fees and taxes, I believe they could enhance their offering and provide even greater value to their customers.

Their FirstPay app is a scam, they charged me for a debit card and ran away , didn't replied my emails and calls. Neither refunded the paymeny. DO NOT USE FIRST PAY APP BY HBL.

HBL Mobile App is 100% useless, it is not reliable and dependable, do not trust on it, i have been experiencing it since last times and i have experienced thrice time, although hbl reverses your sent or received money, nondeliverence to beneficiary, yet a lot of time, days, are wasted. So, do not trust on this hbl mobile app. Every service of hbl is very poor.

Such a useless bank. Never see like them bank. My amount stuck and I have made a lot of complaints and call also I visited their branch but no result. They are unable to sort out my issue. And my amount is stuck I'm unable to use my amount even I can not withdraw my amount. So, I hate this bank system. The amount is more than 4000k. I'm in contact with them from 2 weeks but uable to solve problem

If you're looking for a bank that specializes in frustration and disappointment, HBL is your one-stop shop. My recent encounter with their customer service left me not only questioning their training but also their integrity.

Let's start with the basics – their representatives seem to be about as trained as a toddler on a tricycle. When I called HBL to report an unauthorized charge from Bluehost, I expected them to handle it promptly. Instead, I was met with a barrage of misinformation and confusion. And to add cherry on top, they will raise their voices and then will say we didn't raised our voice to make you look like a fool,will intrupt you in the middle of conversations, It was like watching a comedy show, but there was nothing funny about it.

What's worse, when I pointed out the unauthorized charge and requested them to block my card, they assured me it was done. Lo and behold, a few days later, I find out my card was never actually blocked. It was like dealing with a bunch of amateur magicians who can't even make a card disappear properly.

But wait, it gets even better. When I asked them to address the issue, they hit me with the most infuriating response imaginable – "What is past is past." Really, HBL? So, you take my money, fail to do your job, and then brush it off like it's yesterday's news? This isn't customer service; it's customer indifference.

To top it all off, they had the audacity to claim they're the best banking service in Pakistan. Well, if this is what they consider the best, I shudder to think about the rest.

I asked their customer care agent to email me all she said in a bizzare and disappointed mood, "No, i won't be able to send you all of this 10 mins conversation thru email" emails are proof of conversation, and HBL is very good hiding behind the curtain.

HBL, you've truly set the bar for disappointment, and it's a low one. If you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and treated like your concerns don't matter, then by all means, give HBL a try. But if you value your sanity and your hard-earned money, steer clear of this nightmare of a bank.

I just love it this mobile app is easily understandable and handling I can pay all bills easily I just say this is amazing 💝🤍 the most best thing is the HBL never call to its costumer so we are safe from any kind of scams ♥️

Worst Customer Support ever. I feel like they don't even want to talk to the customers on call and when you visit the branch, there is complete chaos. Everybody is reluctant to serve you and ask you to go to the next counter. There is no Ticketing system in place. Honestly such a bad decision to open account with HBL.

Mobile Application provide all the facilities of transaction but charges are very high.

Just poor all round, never answer the phone to sort out queries and when you eventually speak to someone they transfer your call and no-one answers or the call is terminated - Worst bank ever!

I have to be brutally honest: the cashier sitting in the Shabqadar branches of HBL 1 and 2 are just so unprofessional and have bad behaviours and they don't even know what are customers and how to respect them.

This is not the 1st or 2nd time, every time my brother visits there, they are behaving so badly, I really wish and pray that these selected should get fired and HBL hire on merit not on a bribe.

I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews about HBL customer care however still no any action have been taken this shows how the responsible and efficient management of HBL is.
I feel regret to choose HBL, worst ever customer care faced in my life. They don't even take their customers seriously. I bet if these kind of bad reviews would have been given to any other bank in the world the whole management had fired but unfortunately the whole management is useless they don't even care what people are complaining about their useless service. Big shame for such worst ever customer care.

The worst mobile banking experience ever. I suppose to close account once I get my fd mature.

Just a bad experience to deal with hbl even jazzcash or easy paisa is better then Hbl as you have to pay on deposit from in same district.
