Ordered 3 weeks ago. Paid for 3-6 day rush shipping and still haven’t received. Refused to provide me a refund and just reply to my emails with totally generic “we’re sorry”. Had to report the charge on my credit card as fraud since I never received my order

Order never arrived, no tracking details, nothing. Ordered more than a month ago… not even an answer of customer service…

Abysmal customer service, items sometimes are on “back order” and they refuse to update you. Two of my sets didn’t ship for WEEKS and once they finally did they came directly from china and took another two weeks to get here. Quality is not there for the price and the complete unresponsiveness of the brand’s customer service speaks volumes. Give your money to someone else.

I have ordered with them a lot and never had many issues. Designs are gorgeous, quality mediocre. I loved their new drop, and decided to order. I look at the site a week later, and all of the sudden the designs are a “pre order” for many weeks later! I contacted them and they admitted they made a mistake so I asked to cancel my order. A few weeks later a couple days before the actual “shipping date” on the website I decide to give it another shot. I ordered again. Now we are one month later and my order still hasn’t shipped!! I contacted a little after two weeks, they told me would ship in week of 23th of february. Now we are the 7th of march and still nothing. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. It’s basically starting to become a scam at this point. I no longer recommend this brand at all. Please be careful.

I looooove this company! Have 2 of their bikinis that I’ve had for 3 years now and I love them! The quality is so amazing, you couldn’t tell that I’ve had them for 3 years! And being an ittybittytittycommitee gal, the tops are super flattering for us small chested gals! Can’t wait to get another one for the summer!

They sent me the wrong bikini top - 6-7 weeks later and I still haven’t had a response to my email. Won’t be purchasing from them again - customer service is shocking

If I could give a negative review I would. The first time I bought from them, they had a deal for purchasing 3 suits for like $99 or something like that. I read their exchange and return policy prior because if there is one thing for certain, suit sizes vary. None of the suits fit so I e-mailed them and set up an EXCHANGE for a smaller size. A few days later I got an email confirming that they got my suits and issued me a "gift card" (which is really a promo code) for the total I paid minus a return/restocking fee. I reminded them I just wanted to do an exchange to which they replied they don't do exchanges; I can use my credit to repurchase the suits in the size I needed. When I tried to check out with the exact same 3 suits in my cart in smaller sizes, I was advised that I can't use a "promo code" on discounted items and that I would have to pay full price of the suits which was $70+ a suit vs getting almost 3 for that price. Haute customer service did not care. I sat on my $83 credit for a couple years as I was pretty annoyed with getting screwed. Had I known that or that been clearly stated anywhere on their website or in the email I sent to them prior to returning the suits, I would have just kept them. Flash forward to my current issue. I decided to give them a second chance and use my credit. My total came to more than my $83 credit so I ended up paying around $35 in cash. It was a holiday order so I purchased package protection due to an increase rate of package theft and loss. Low and behold, I got an email saying my package was delivered but when I got home, it was not in my mailbox. I checked with my neighbors and emailed Haute immediately to let them know I never received the items. I was advised they will investigate the matter and get back to me. 10 days later, I still did not have a reply so I emailed them again, to which I got the same reply - they are still investigating. I have never dealt with package protection but is it not similar to mail insurance? File a claim and get a refund? It has now been a month since I originally contacted them about my lost package and no resolution so I reached out to my credit card company who was able to refund the $35ish I paid on my card. Ironically, Haute finally replied to me saying since my credit card refunded me, they no longer owe me a refund. What about the refund of my gift card? Which was a majority of the total. They said they cannot reissue with gift card and on my receipt, it does not show as a gift card payment it shows as a "discount". So now I am completely out almost $85 and I do not have a single piece of swimwear from them. They basically scammed me out of that with their bogus practices. BUYER BEWARE!!! I would not even put yourself in the position of needing to deal with their customer service!

Their shipping timelines are incorrect. I ordered several swim suits for vacation following the guidelines for shipping online and even expedited the shipping… waste of money.

Really disappointed with this store. I placed an order that never arrived and, after waiting weeks with no response, I had to reach out myself just to find out what was going on. They told me they would cancel the order and issue a refund “within a few days,” but they still haven’t done anything — no cancellation, no refund, not even an update.

The lack of communication, the delays, and the overall unprofessionalism are unacceptable. A terrible experience, and I definitely won’t be buying here again or recommending this store to anyone.

I love Haute Swimwear, their bikinis are so high quality and are perfect for any occasion. I found myself packing my pink gingham bikini for every single trip I went on this summer, and it was a life-saver when I didn’t know what to wear!

I received my swimsuit within the expected delivery time, and it arrived in perfect condition. The material is very high quality, and the product looks exactly like it does in the pictures on the website. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

I should’ve trusted the bad reviews. I’m a size small in every single brand, but the bikini I received is TINY—more like an XXS. On top of that, one side is sewn higher than the other, so it fits completely uneven. It looks ridiculous on. The quality screams cheap, fast production, clearly made in China. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews like I was. Save your money this bathing suit is TRASH

The swim suit was amazing quality and got so many compliments on it!

The products are overall great quality, i got a bikini top and a beach skirt and they fit perfectly, made me feel very confident! The shipping was great and fast and nothing was damaged. Would totally buy again!

I paid for expedited shipping, reached out many times trying to get an answer on where my order was but nobody would give me an answer. Was told to reach out if it hadn’t been received this week and it wasn’t. Still have no idea where it it because I have not gotten ANY update on my order. It’s too late now, will have to return it whenever I get it.

DO NOT buy from here. I ordered two bikinis as priority shipping for a vacation. I emailed multiple times to receive tracking information. It took 3 weeks to get tracking information and a response from someone. They do not offer refunds only store credit- they deduct 10 dollars for a label for a return and shipping is not refunded. I am disgusted with the customer service and will be sharing with all of my friends. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! It is a scam.

Awful quality - despite loving the style of bikini, the bikinis bottom seam unravelled after the first use. No solution given as I am out of the tight 14 day return policy. To sell bikinis at such a high price and not provide any outcome for poor quality items is highly unprofessional.

I got a matching bikini and trunk set for my boyfriend and I for our upcoming trip to Hawaii! They came earlier than expected which was amazing!! The quality of the material is so nice, soft and stretchy! I recently had a breast reduction so being able to wear beautiful bathing suit tops that aren’t insanely expensive is so incredible for me!

I’ve bought two sets of bikinis from Haute Swimwear and they are extremely cute.
The material is good, they don’t go see through and the designs/ patterns are amazing. The little bows add for a really cute touch and I’m always getting asked where I bought them from.
