Haute Swimwear Arvostelua 

I ordered a bikini on 4 August and today, 2 September, it still hasn’t even been shipped.

I have contacted customer service on four separate occasions, and every single time I’ve been given the same excuse that it will be shipped “soon”, but nothing has happened. I have also tried to cancel the order, only to be told that I would have to pay a $7 cancellation fee.

Honestly, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. The products themselves look good, but what is the point if the company cannot actually deliver them or provide any meaningful customer service?

If you’re based in the UK, I would seriously think twice before ordering. The shipping and customer service are absolutely ridiculous, and the company’s reliability is extremely disappointing.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them unless you’re prepared to wait indefinitely and chase customer service yourself.

Avoid ordering from Haute Swimwear if you need your order by a specific date or for a holiday.

I thought ordering six weeks before my holiday would be more than enough, but clearly it wasn’t. Their website states that most orders leave the warehouse within 3–6 business days. My order was delayed by approximately two additional weeks, with no proactive communication. I had to chase them for an update.

When I tried to cancel because of the delay, I was told I would have to pay a $7 cancellation fee. It’s not about the $7; it’s the principle. I agreed to their terms, but the terms go both ways, and they failed to uphold their own stated fulfilment timeframe.

I’ve also seen multiple recent reviews from customers reporting very similar delays and communication issues.

My advice: avoid ordering from Haute Swimwear if you have a holiday, event or deadline coming up. Even ordering six weeks in advance may not be enough to ensure your order arrives on time.

Haute swimwear has been my absolute favorite brand this summer! They have the CUTEST suits with such a variety of different fabrics and styles. There is a suit for everyone! The quality is amazing and holds up incredibly well. Also so so comfy to wear! They also have the cutest coverups to go with!

Worst experience ever.
Made my order on 03.08, after 1 week haven’t received any update on it(promised shipment timeframe was 3-5 days).
Reached out to customer support and received a very vague response regarding my order.
Checked out Trust Pilot and realized that this brand isn’t reliable and decided to cancel my order.
After long back and forth with customer service and over 2 weeks waiting I was able to get my money back (excluding 7€ cancellation fee).
Ver bad! Don’t recommend

DO NOT ORDER!!! I've ordered a few suits from here and they are ALL ruined after one use. When I brought it to their attention they just say theres nothing they can do

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a complete scam. I ordered a bunch of bikinis on express shipping and 2 months later, they've never been shipped. I contacted the company and they're refusing to process a refund or allow me to cancel my order without incuring a fee.
I'm so disheartened by this situation. Please do yourself a favor and just avoid this company.

I am absolutely obsessed with my Haute pieces! I have 5+ suits from them and won't buy anywhere else!

they sell products that’s not in stock at all, and if you cancel they charge you a cancellation fee, SCAM

One ambassador for this product was making extremely homophobic, racist and mysoginistic remarks, telling people that a women deserved to be stabbed 30 times because she didn't say no. If this is who you have representing the brand then no one will buy from you.

Would highly recommend NOT to use this company.
I sent an email making them aware of the fact my ‘Esme’ bikini went bright yellow after wearing it in a swimming pool (I was only in there an hour).
There email response said “ Unfortunately, our policy does not allow for refunds. We also cannot issue a replacement for items that have been worn, used, or washed. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of our products for all customers.”
I am gobsmacked that this is a response to a costumer who has spent just under £100 on their products!

Ordered from their 4th of July drop THE DAY it dropped on June 13th. I assumed since it was a drop specifically for the 4th of July it would come in by the holiday. WRONG. It is now July 14th over a month later and my 4th of July swimsuit just shipped yesterday. If you are branding a drop for a specific holiday make sure you have the manpower to actually get it to the customer by that holiday!!!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! (Haute Swimwear). I ordered 2 swimsuits and received 4. I notified Haute Swimwear and they denied their error. They will not refund the duplicate order. Talk about not wanting brand loyalty! Thankfully, I used a credit card and will be filing a chargeback.

Repeat buyer from this store. I live in FL so I’m always looking for new swimwear. They have the cutest patterns and styles. Material is good quality. Packaged with care and fast shipping too!

The ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER!! No phone number, cheap products, stole my return and wouldn’t give me store credit, no way to get ahold of them, size large was smalller than a medium. TRASH TRASH TRASH!!! Please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! HORRIBLE HORRID

First time leaving a review but I am done with these types of companies. Why brand yourself as an American company when you ship directly from China? Did you think people wouldn't notice? In that case I expect the swimsuits to be EUR 10 max, not EUR 100+. Absolute scam, and absolutely not worth it. Too bad I cannot leave a 0/5 stars review.

Returns are NOT refunded, only store credit.
This is misleading and not clearly communicated before purchase.
Would not recommend ordering here.
