I explained my situation & they were flexible with their policy in order to help me out.

Super friendly and was fast with responding to my message. Bydee not only has quality swimsuits, but also has superb customer service. By far my favorite store that I’ve ordered from.

Best bikini brand and amazing customer service

Horrible customer service and terrible return policy! I bought two bikini bottoms that were too small. Returned them at my expense and bought correct size. They do not refund you but give you a store credit! They state this in minuscule writings on their website. Extremely dishonest! Buyer beware!

Order never arrived, I purchased shipping protection, and now the company is requesting my ID to start a missing package claim. USPS doesn't require this, nor does filing a missing package report with the police department. They just want me to send it haphazardly through email, no safety link was provided. This is an extremely unsafe request and I am floored they would even ask. This is my first order ever with the company and the experience has been unpleasant and disappointing. What is the purpose of shipping protection if I have to jump through hoops to utilize it? I feel like I've been scammed

I would not recommend ordering from this company.

First, their return policy is extremely restrictive. You can’t get a refund—only store credit—and they also charge a $7 return shipping fee. Swimwear is already difficult to fit, so not offering true returns makes the process frustrating and expensive.

The customer service experience was equally disappointing. I placed an order and, within two minutes, emailed to cancel one item after noticing they had just released a new collection with better color options. Despite how quickly I reached out, they refused to cancel the item and told me I would need to return it—meaning I’d be charged the $7 fee again.

On top of that, the fit of the swimsuits was not flattering. Every style I tried compressed my chest and made me look completely flat. Also, the bottoms cut into my sides.

Overall: poor customer service, no refunds (only store credit), added return fees, and disappointing fit. I won’t be ordering from this company again—aside from trying to use up the store credit I’m now stuck with.

Kaye was incredibly thoughtful and quick when resolving a store credit question I had. I’m grateful to have worked with her on this. Their wonderful customer support is a huge part of why I keep coming back for more and more Bydee!

I’ve ordered three times from this company in the span of a year. The first time i ordered i got an email 3 days later that they didn’t have the item i ordered even though it said it was in stock so I had to chose a completely different top. I ordered again this last week, heard nothing about shipping for over 4 days so I had to contact them myself just for them to tell me once again they had counted their inventory wrong and even though their other warehouse clearly had my size in stock would make no effort to help me find a solution to my order so I had to get a refund and now have no time to order anything for my trip. Do not trust this company, they always disappoint. Terrible customer service wasn’t even offered anything for the inconvenience TWICE.
Update! I order for a third time since they gave me a $30 off (I know a stupid mistake on my part) I know you’re never going to guess: Once again, MISCOUNTED THEIR INVENTORY! Do NOT order from this company. EVER. Especially if you need something for a special event. This company will ONLY ever screw you over. Spend your money on a reliable company. Their customer service couldn’t give less of a sh**.

I had issues with sizing and the customer service team were incredibly helpful in resolving my issue promptly. They were very responsive and the quality of the swimwear is exceptional. Highly recommend purchasing from this store!

Bydee edited my review of their product from 3 stars to 4.5 stars on their website. The swimwear didn’t fit well despite trying 2 sizes. It was too tight in some areas and too loose in others. (Edit: I can now see you have replied with lies, you have not emailed me about this. If you did I would have been able to show you screenshots of the review I submitted with 3 stars vs. the one you edited with 4.5 stars)

I had a problem with a dress I received and the costumer service team were super helpful and friends. They sorted my issue so quickly. Could not recommend enough! Beautiful clothing!
