Murude and her team are a very , very special carers. Marude is very professional and knowledgeable and that what she teaches her younger, less experienced helpers. She is brilliant in all ways, she has incredible sense of humour, she is always on time and very trustworthy.
I would like say also thank you to Tasnim the manager of the agency who shows a lot of empathy and understanding, always ready to help.

Murude and Mel went above and beyond to look after my mum Maureen. My mum spoke highly of both of these beautiful souls. Murude is very professional and always went out of her way to help my mum! I honestly love them both and so does my mum. Carers like these need a medal ! Hard working loving people who put the client first ( well the girls did)

I find Martha (my daughter’s night worker) excellent in the care she provided. She is always on time for her shift and is capable, willing and very respectful in all she does to make sure her client is comfortable and properly supported.

Murude, Sarah, Mel, Emma and Edyta are taking such a good care for my Polish speaking grandmother, she absolutely adores her carers. What's important the most for me is that she feels safe with her carers. I work all days and I can leave for work knowing grandma will be taken care of really well when I'm out the house. They are really helpful, kind, clean and hard working. Thank you so much for helping our family and making life a bit less hectic for us. You should be really proud of yourself and the massive positive impact you have on the people you care for and their families.

Merude has been a star throughout since day one. As well her skills in teaching Sara, and Esther how to care for my husband, and continue to do so.
She's caring and confident in what she does.
We are very happy with her.

Sara She's very sweet and caring, we love her ability in displaying her gentleness.
She takes her time, in what she does, and she does it very well.
We very please with her.

Esther like Sara, She's eager to learn, friendly, caring, we are happy with her.

The day carer's, Shimo, Christina, Betul and Enver.

Shimo, she is another star, she has sooo much knowledge, we continue learning with her.
She's caring, and capable of delivering the care espected of her. We are very pleased in having her with us.

Christina, like Merude and Shimo she is an excelente carer.
We can not ask for more, we are very happy the way she delivers her caring skills.

Betul, allways eager to do what ever we ask, even beyond.
She is another star, we really love her personality allways smiling. Very happy with her work.

Hatszz looked after my mum for a number of weeks making twice daily visits to help her with her daily requirements. She looked forward to seeing the ladies arrive who made a special effort to give my mum all that she needed be it taking her for walk in the park to making her dinner. Overall speaking for my mum I can say she received excellent care from the team at Hatszz Presitge Care and I would highly recommend the team.

My mother became ill with dementia a few years ago. As time went on it became clear mum would need more personal help. At the same time we didn’t want mum to go into a home. Along came Ruby. She was caring and understanding with mum. She spent time with her, helped her and gave her dignity. As a son there are somethings you would rather not have to do for your mum. Ruby took care of this and we can’t thank her enough. She made a very difficult time a little easier. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

When my mum came back from a Nursing home for palliative care, we were worried about the level of care we would get but after the first phone call we had from Ruby the owner I was made to feel much more at ease. Together with her team they have been wonderful with mum. It can be quite hard to find good carers.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you for everything you guys do for mum.

I’d like to thank Hatssz prestige care for giving me the opportunity to provide the best care and allowing me to nurture clients that are particularly end of life.The job has allowed me to make change people’s lives aswell as make a difference to the world. This company has not only helped my circumstance financially but has boosted my knowledge in regards to medical care , personal care , end of life aswell as our current pandemic etc. When I started the job I wasn’t discriminated I was taken in to the position and I am being looked after. Tasnim( my manager) has her staff aswell as her clients best interest at heart as I’ve witnessed her generosity, kind and willing soul get up everyday and face heart breaking situations and continues to wear a brave face and consistently helps every being she comes across to the best of her ability. The professional knowledge is exploited through the courses that my manager has kindly paid for us to qualify with certificates that will grant us the privilege to work on the wards of hospitals.Tasnim also pays for DBS checks so it doesn’t come out of your wages which ensures security for getting back on your feet especially during these hard times.I’d definitely recommend working aswell as trusting us with your loved ones as we offer love and compassion and we work hard to our fullest potential !

Where would I begin..

I have worked with many healthcare professionals over the last 6 years and this company is by far one of the best!
The care and attention to detail is of the upmost importance and during these difficult times (covid) Tasnims top priority is the staffs and service users safety.
PPE is abundantly available and this is the first company that I know of who administer Covid tests prior to entering any property the staff are working at.
Tasnims caring nature is what makes Hatszz Prestige Care stand out from the rest.

The support that is provided for staff and service users, in my opinion, is the best!

I have been working with tasnim for the last few months now and honestly she is one of the most loveliest people I have ever worked for.
