Not even one star. The merchandise is sub-standard rubbish. Don't waste your money. Total scam.

Ordered two herding balls in June 2026. Both balls failed at the seams within minutes of use. Had the run around from this company for two months now trying to get a refund while they claim to have sent replacement balls that never arrive.

I wouldn’t give them a One star except you have to. Ordered a ball, received the wrong outter according to their email response to my broken zipper issue.
They refused to fix or offer any decent replacement. Even though i contacted on the day of receiving. They then waited weeks to respond and stated I was passed the 30 days.
Completely unacceptable service and it shouldve been a great ball for my dog.
Shame on them.

I purchased this ball because of the bold claims about its durability. It lasted approximately two minutes before failing. For a product marketed as being virtually indestructible, that is simply unacceptable.

What has been even more disappointing is the customer service. I contacted the company immediately within 2 days of receiving and certainly within the required 14-day period, yet they completely ignored my emails and later claimed I had not contacted them in time. They also completely disregarded my repeated requests for a refund.

Instead of addressing my complaint, they sent what appeared to be a generic template offering a replacement and asked me to agree to one, despite me making it absolutely clear that I did not want a replacement. At no point did they properly respond to the issues I had actually raised, except to stall and ask for photo evidence time after time, which were sent! Being sure that by the time you come back to them they can argue the 14 day policy!

When a product fails almost immediately, consumers should not have to fight to have their statutory rights recognised. The way this complaint has been handled has been dismissive, frustrating and, in my opinion, shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

Do not spend your money on these false claims. The company is actively deceiving people.

You’d be better off taking £40+ and lighting it on fire. A lot less aggravation.

Escroquerie

Bought a Navea Ball for our Labrador. He managed to destroy this so-called indestructible ball in about a day.
They say: "Indestructible cover tested on Malinois, Shepherds, Labs, and Huskies. No dog has beaten it yet"
Well I know one dog at least who has beaten it and I have told Navea. They are not interested in keeping to their satisfaction pledge and they won't make a refund. They say 'no quibble' but it is meaningless. So, in my experience, if a Labrador can destroy it then most dogs can.

This company is an absolute scam.
I purchased a large hearding ball that kept going down (£50)

Contacted the company for a replacement or refund, sent pictures etc. But they just keep avoiding the problem. Now they don't even reply.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

The product was terrible; cheaply made and burst within minutes. Have been waiting for a reply for nearly two months from the company. There are solid ones available, please buy one of those instead as this ball is not fit for purpose.

Do not buy this ball! The product is cheaply made and not as described. The whole product was shipped from China. The pump probably costs $1, if that. The tube keeps coming off when you try to inflat the ball. That aside, with the inner ball fully inflated, I found that the outer fabric skin is too big, meaning our dog could just run away with the ball by holding on to the loose fabric. I wasn't happy with it and contacted customer service for a refund. Their first reply was a condescending email telling me how to use the pump properly. I replied saying I do know how to use a pump, and attached photos of how badly fitted the inner ball and outer fabric were. They replied saying the photos would be passed on to the relevant department and they'd get back to me with a suitable solution. I heard nothing for 8 days and contacted them again to ask how the "relevant department" was dealing with it. Heard nothing back for another 6 days. I was not going to be ignored, so I emailed again, accusing them of scamming people. They wrote back saying they'd send me another ball. I declined the offer and requested a refund. Heard nothing for 10 days. I wrote back telling them I'd pursue a chargeback through my payment provider and report them to relevant consumer protection authorities. At this point they replied with some sob story about being a small family company (I don't believe it!) and they'd had some supply issue and offered me 50% refund. I declined the offer, which I deemed unfair and insufficient. After another week of back and forth, I finally insisted and received a 70% refund, which I considered somewhat a victory against these scammy companies. Do not give up. Keep pursuing your refund. Otherwise companies like this know they can get away with scamming consumers.

I purchased the large herding ball from Navea in May. My dog was absolutely delighted with it for about an hour until the zip failed and exposed the inner ball. I took the ball away from my dog so he couldn’t damage the inner section and contacted the company to complain. They apologised and said they would sent a replacement, which 2 months later I am still waiting for. Rubbish quality product and an absolute rip off, do not buy anything from these jokers.

This purchase was low quality from the beginning . The pump is inferior, the fittings are poor, the ball lost a bit of air during the first month, after I opened the zip and re inflated the ball, the zip broke whilst trying to close it. I requested a replacement outer ball, but have been met by a stone cold negative response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Awful. Herding ball came without the repair patch that is itemised in the instruction leaflet. Been trying to get somewhere with Navea now for nearly a month. They are now no longer responding to my emails. Even asked if I could just buy the bloody patch but zero response. Do not buy from them.

I ordered the large ball for my German Shepherd. She loved the ball but within 3 hours the stitching beside zipper gave away and therefore the inner ball was punctured . It was not stitched properly! I contacted them right away sent pictures, at first they said they would replace it. Then the next day the decided it was the dog not their product. I have spent many hours going back and forth. They say they give you a 14 day guaranteed NOT TRUE ! THEY LIE!
They do not stand behind their product they just rip you off.

didn't last at all stupid handle on it which isn't shown in the original ad and even the zip area while covered is still able to be ripped not happy at all no response whatsoever wish I hadnt bothered now

Looked to be a decent product but the stitching on the handle is very poor. My dog played for a few minutes and then tore the handle off with a flick of his head. This left a hole which will now be tore open if I let him play again. I contacted NAVEA and gave the opportunity to respond before I left review. They have ignored my complaint. Total silence!

I have video of it happening and phots of the damage which I will now put out there for people to see.

Don't be fooled by this rubbish. It lasted less than a day with a Labrador. Despite their claims of a 14 day money back guarantee, they offered a replacement ball, a 50% refund or a 70% refund after a bit of pushing.

They had the audacity to state they were mislead by their manufacturers which lead to poor quality. Poor quality is not my issue, you advertised the product, I purchased it based on your statements and they were lies.

Awful product. Feel like I’ve been scammed. Item did not look anything like what was advertised. The zip split the first time we tried to close it and now we can’t pump the ball up enough as the zip now keeps splitting.
I have sent two emails to the company and been completely ignored. There is no other way to contact the company. Avoid at all costs. Total waste of money.

The Navea ball is not fit for purpose, it lasted approximately 4 seconds, the company is stalling regarding refunding me and has only offered a 50% refund.
I feel this company is scamming people, they advertise the ball as hard-wearing with an indestructible cover, tested on Malinois, my dog destroyed it in seconds.
The ball came from China, it's obviously a cheap temu special.

Fraudulent. What I received what not remotely close to what was advertised. $50 for the small - I wish I could upload photos.

They are ripping off another legitimate dog toy, herding ball. I got a latex or silicone yoga ball and janky manual pump that looked like it came from the dollar store.
