I had quite specific requirements for my sauna: I wanted an all-black exterior with wooden sides, and crucially, I didn't want a glass front—just a glass door. Those two criteria alone meant that most providers couldn't help me.
Fortunately, CELSIUM’s online customisation tool made the process completely seamless. Being able to easily select my exact specifications and choose the exact heater I wanted right on their website made the ordering experience fantastic.
On top of the great software, the customer service and communication were brilliant. I was emailing back and forth to clarify a few details, and the team was always super responsive and helpful.
They also went above and beyond regarding delivery. I realised I needed to delay the shipment so I could have the right equipment ready to receive it, as I had ordered it pre-fabricated. Even though it had already shipped, CELSIUM coordinated with the courier service to delay it by three days and kept me informed the whole time. That saved a massive headache and kept the sauna safe.
Speaking of the pre-fabricated build: while I’m quite handy and originally planned to assemble it myself as a project, I am so glad it arrived fully built in retrospect! It meant I could skip construction and immediately start using it every day, which I have been doing. It gets up to temperature brilliantly, it’s exceptionally comfortable, and the final spec is spot on.
Overall, a really great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended
