My favourite restaurant!!! The best place to eat.. specially dishes like burgers, chicken , salad, milkshakes, drinks , ice cream and many other tasty dishes... Fortunately in Rome there is a Hard Rock restaurant I can always go to and enjoy .. a fascinating place to relax while eating your favourite food!!!!

Used to be one of my favorite dining places before the move. Now the service is slow, not nearly as polite or attentive, the food is garbage for the price and some of the drinks taste downright foul, while all of them are mostly ice cubes. Dressert was also sub-standard. Surroundings are noisy, generic and there's nothing left of the special Hard Rock Cafe experience that I used to know.

Edit: They took care of the bill in the end, which is the right thing to do. So basically, we got something to eat and didn't have to pay. Not what we wanted for our night out, but credit where credit is due. Bumping the review from one to two stars.

Unbelievably good, have genuinely never experienced such service. The (Spanish?) lady waitress who looked after us was the friendliest person you could ever meet, ditto the lad and girl in the vault in the shop over the road, and the shop manager. Incredible place (café and shop) that are well worth a visit.

Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow (Hogmanay/New Years Eve event).
We booked last minute to attend Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow's Hogmanay dinner and party event. The service from Katelynn throughout the night was fabulous. Really embodies the Hard Rock attitude. Attentive and swift service and interacting with us regularly. Really made the visit personal to our group - we weren't just another table to her. Food was delicious and drinks were fantastic too. The regular music that plays (is always) fab and the DJ for the night was good along with the surprise Piper at the bells. Wonderful event. Thank you to all the team and particularly Katelynn.

I must say my visit to this cafe was brilliant the staff were welcoming and extremely attentive the price seemed a little high compared to other places but I have to say the quality, taste and portion sizes made it absolutely worth every penny, even the waiting time for food was fantastic and I never had an empty glass. The atmosphere was brilliant and place was packed and it's obvious why. . I've been to many restaurants and I can and will say without a doubt this has been my best experience yet. It was an absolute pleasure. Very well done and special thanks to our hostess Jill.

Paguei caro para ter uma experiência muito ruim.
O atendimento é movido a propina.
Tive problemas com a trava da porta do meu quarto. Tive que pedir o conserto por 5 vezes (descendo até o lobby, que não era perto) a cada uma hora, tempo pedido para conserto e me informavam que estava tudo certo mas quando chegava no quarto a porta simplesmente não abria.
Tem também a tentativa de venda do "VIP Legendary" que se você não é sócio, você é ignorado como hóspede.
Além disso, como não me associei, ofereceram um "VIP Degustação" por US$ 349,00 (mais algumas taxas) para desfrutar 4 noites em qualquer hotel da rede HR All Inclusive mas acabei de descobrir que teria que pagar mais US$ 1.100,00. Tentei cancelar mas foi argumentado que aceitei tudo e adquiri o voucher, sem possibilidade de cancelamento. Simplesmente levaram meu dinheiro.
É uma vergonha como uma rede hoteleira HARD ROCK HOTEL, tão badalada e famosa, tente de todas as maneiras iludir com engodos os hospedes.
Não recomendo aos brasileiros, que paguem caro por este tipo de acomodação e atendimento. Não vale a pena.
Eu numca mais volto para um Hotel da rede HARD ROCK depois de tantos desgostos.

Ho recentemente passato un mese a Berlino con mia moglie le due figlie di 8 e 12 anni. Siamo andati all'Hard Rock in Kudamm la prima volta su richiesta delle bambine: ottimo. Tanto che siamo tornati almeno altre 4 volte. Il servizio è davvero simpatico: ragazzi e ragazze carine, disponibili, sorridenti, attente alla soddisfazione del cliente. Cibo buono, nel settore fast food ovviamente, rapporto qualità prezzo molto valido. E pensare che io non amo la musica rock... ma tornerò volentieri con la mia famiglia.

Maden er udmærket... dog vil jeg anbefale at bestille bord. Vi ventede i halvanden time i København på at få et bord. Men da vi først havde fået et bord fik vi bestilt hurtigt og maden kom også hurtigt. Hyggeligt sted.

(Hard Rock Lisbon) Disappointing food.. Luckily the live music was good and so was the staff. We might have been very unlucky with the food, but not sure we would return considering the great alternative restaurants and coffee shops found nearby.

I was in Hard Rock Cafe yesterday. It was nice, but a waiter wasn't really friendly. Good thing I had a great company so we spent good time anyway.

Mediocre food. Poor service. High price.

Hard Rock Cafe is always right desire to go.
exceptional meals and really first-class personnel works here.
