I highly recommend them. The food is tasty and amazing, big portion and cheap price tag.

I ordered 5 masks from the Hard Rock online store on July 31, Fedex picked up the package on Aug 6 and now expected delivery is Aug 19.......I will never ever buy anything again from the Hard Rock online store

The customer service regarding this dump is HORRIFICALLY INCOMPETENT! will NEVER order here again!
I ordered a mask on August 2nd, never heard anything back, NOTHING it's like they want to rip you off keep YOUR HARD EARNED money, no tracking number, no return phone calls, no return emails they just want to swallow your money and HOPE you go away!!

Hard Rock Cafe - CPH, Very slow service and boring food.

Hard Rock Cafe - Copenhagen, used to be a great place. Unfortunately after moving to the new location beside the city hall in Copenhagen. The service was slow even though it was a regular day with almost no guest. Plus the food was so boring. Sadly this is the last time we’ll visit Hard Rock Cafe Copenhagen. All the other countries we’ve traveled to. The rock hard cafes are great and excellent. But Copenhagen was the worst.

Do not order by hard rock online shop
I order for a lot of money as a collector but they dont send the items, also i send 10 emails no respond they let you pay and thats it no products and my money is gone luckly i pay through paypal so i can have a claim very very bad service hard rock was sooo good but now it is terrible very bad management

Giving Hard Rock Tahoe the benefit of the doubt, the July 4th holiday and COVID, we likened our stay to that of a Maximum Security Prison. During our 4 day stay we experienced multiple Fire Alarms sending us out of the building in the middle of the night, doors constantly slamming around us so hard we could feel the vibration from the bed, people yelling throughout the hallways around the clock, a next door domestic disturbance which sounded so violent, we came close to dialing 911 when hotel security did not arrive after our report of it (we do not know the status of the woman who was being thrown against the wall or furniture and screaming for help), 4 phones calls and a trip to the front desk to get shower towels and bed linen, uncontrollable shower water temperatures, an air conditioning system whose sound could be compared to the engines of the jet we flew in on, witnessing a man relieving himself out a hotel window while another hung laundry out, garbage piled up outside the back parking lot entrance. And of course the daily ritual of people barfing in the parking lot and hedges adding that extra touch of class. If there was ever a candidate for Undercover Boss, this property clearly qualifies. I would suggest the General Manager and his/her significant other stay in a room (preferably near an ice machine, fire exit or elevator) throughout a busy weekend and experience the quality of the property for themselves.

Strongly do not recommend this hotel.

They say they give you free “free play” for your first time and that is a lie. No one was wearing any mask due to the covid 19 outbreak. The people there are extremely rude. The service sucks. Never going back again

Ordered some pins. Followed tracking. All of a sudden it says delivered. And nothing arrived. Emailed customer service. No response after a couple days. Sent a second email, again no response. Finally called them and they said FedEx shows delivered and that I would have to contact them. So I contacted FedEx they said it was delivered and that too much time has passed that I would have to go back to Hard Rock to resolve.

I gave up and chalked it up to a learning experience. I wish I would have seen the reviews before ordering. But nobody probably sees this anyway.

i use to love hardrock cafe, now its just a sad cantina more sterile and boring than mcdonals, who at least knows to serve drinks before food and who knows what they are selling and not rebutling whats in the menu and have to be shown to sell it.

Hard rock cafe Ayia Napa - fantastic interior, wonderful cuisine and great staff.
The only negative is a lot of people (not always adequate)

Our experience with the Hard Rock Online ship mirrors the previous negative reviews unfortunately, orders placed early Dec ( 02 ) have still not arrived , were not shipped until 12/12 online tracking status goes dead a day later 13/12 , their customer care asks us to be patient even though orders placed a day later arrived 2 weeks ago , Goods ordered even allowing for customs , Christmas delays and the value should be here weeks ago , the Customer service rep although friendly was unable to assist further advising we have to wait ..... Amazon orders arrived in 2 or 3 weeks max from USA to Germany , anybody providing a 7 week plus delivery service today internationally , just should not bother as they won’t be getting repeat Business , extremely disappointing as it wasn’t always like this ( 30 yrs collecting Hard Rock Memorabilia

I’m still waiting on half of my delivery that was shipped from their Sweden depo to the UK. It’s took over a month and will not be here in time for Xmas making the order pointless. I’ve had to call the USA twice (The woman spent most the time laughing, I think at my accent?) as they ignored the 5 emails I sent. Which has probably now cost a fortune. Eventually they have got back to me via email saying it won’t be released until I pay customs via Royal Mail ( I only have past history with Fedex and they usually send a bill with the item). There delivery service is the most over priced I’ve seen and by far the worst I’ve dealt with. My parcel is now pointless but the hassle to try to get it back to the USA means I’ve paid import. (hopefully) it will be here on the 27th of December but I’m not counting on it. As someone who’s collected hard rock memorabilia for years and visited numerous cafes across the world... Online They do not care about their customers. AVOID! There website guidelines on delivery times are false, and in the UK we have trading standards for companies who fail to deliver in reasonable time frames that they designate on their own websites. I don’t know if I even want to collect merch in future.

Be very careful. They have signs everywhere advertising happy hour outside which tempt you in. They offer you a lovely seat outside where you might order some local beer and food if you're hungry. Maybe enjoy the ambience. Ask for the bill and at that point you're told that by the way, happy hour is only for inside. When asked about it, the waiter laughs and agrees the signs are misleading. Talk about a bitter taste.

I know that when you go out it's about the overall experience but this company needs to go back to basics.

The food was OK. The drinks were sweet and weak.

BE CAUTIOUS WHEN PURCHASING ONLINE.
I purchased a pin cabinet for a Christmas gift. It arrived damaged. It cost $195 plus import duty.
I contacted customer care and they just ignore me. When I threaten to take it higher they respond. I imported to the UK so it is difficult to return due to postage.
My last correspondence was that they were handing the complaint over to the management team.this was over a month ago and i have yet to hear from them.
I think they are expecting me to forget about it.
I have also had an issue with skull candy. Their CC was brilliant. Hard rock should send their team to SK for training.
I have been treated abysmally as this has been dragging on for 5 months. They have a lot to do to earn my trust back.
You have been warned, please be careful when buying online from hard rock. Or from shops as if you have an issue with the item you too may be treated as shoddily as i have been and still am.
