Very good service from Jesus in the sky bar at Adeje

Shocking on every level. Its taken me this long to leave a review, as I had hoped that the Customer Services would assist in my official complaint. They are not interested. So here goes.....the first of many reviews to be left for others, to save their hard earned money, and stress levels.

It was a pre booked birthday celebration...

they failed:
on reserving the table
forgot to assign a waiter after finding a table out the back (we waited 20 minutes to be greeted)
then forgot our drinks orders (chased after further 20 minutes)
ran out of several drinks after placing orders
huge delays on food (over an hour)
when the food did arrive, they had forgotten mine!
When mine came half an hour later, it was the wrong dish,
forgot our drinks order again
Food was barely warm, and toppings were (nachos) were sparse, not good value for money
We eventually asked to see a manager, Vino, after calming explaining the issues we had received all evening, he empathised, but said he knew nothing about them, as he was having problems in the kitchen and had to stay there all evening. He offered us a return meal, but it was our last night, so he arranged to us to have a meal at the airport. It wasn't much better, and we had to pay for the privilege, despite being offered it as a gesture of a spoilt last night on my friends birthday!!!

I'm still waiting for Ryan Bonnici to respond to my complaint, (he offered me some 'merch'!!, but I wouldn't advertise this place for all the money in the world.) In future, I will stick to independent businesses who are more appreciative of the business. Hope this info helps in deciding where to spend your evening.

Ordered boneless chicken strips for main but found a broken bone in the chicken. We told the waiter who took it away immediately to find a female no idea what her role is she didn’t introduce herself just came out to made excuses about how the chefs don’t know whether the breast chicken has bones or not. Blaming it on their supplier. She Didn’t offer a refund for the starter but brought a new dish and said she would give 15% off the starter! Basically £2.21 for nearly seriously injuring me if I hadn’t of spat the bone out. First time I’ve ever found a bone in a breast chicken I eat chicken strips a lot one of my favourite dishes you just don’t expect to find bone in boneless chicken. The waiter even said I’m the first one to complain re a bone in 3 months. This must be a known problem to them. They obviously have a poor supplier of chicken but seem they to have no care to carry on gambling on their customers health and safety

The service in the NYC Hard Rock Cafe was honestly the worst we have experienced during our whole visit to NYC. The hostess was sullen. The server really wasn’t interested and actually seemed to rush us through. Our shared Nachos were ok, but we we had only just started to eat them, when our Mains arrived? Then whilst we were eating our mains, the server asked us if we wanted a desert. Quite stunned, we said no we were still eating thanks. So she brought our bill instead.
I have never experienced this before, we had only been in the restaurant 30 minutes and we had our bill??? we got so fed up of her walking past and waiting for us, that we finished up and went to Starbucks for a lovely coffee served by a very friendly girl, where we could waited for our show. NEVER AGAIN. If I could leave a review with a 0 I would.

This place is cheating players. Card counters were brought in and decks have been shown to be stacked. Former dealers also warn of fixed decks. Stay away!!!

Pittsburgh location - Honestly if you could do 0 stars it would be more appropriate. 1st we waited to be seated for 10 minutes by a hostess who wasn’t even there (she was in some mysterious back room) who then made it seem to be our fault cause she didn’t know if WE were coming or going. Then our waitress was about as steady and professional as a tweaked out meth head (not sure If I am being too kind) she was replaced by a very stoic but efficient waitress. Quite literally the worst experience at a hard rock ever. Will never come back to this chain again

The review is for the hard Rock online store. Customer service agents are either not trained well or are completely incompetent. They made a mistake and shipped the wrong item for Christmas .We had to spend money ($11.45) to send it back for an exchange.. note that the ship to address was/is different than the bill to address.
My husband has called at least three times so far to follow up and make sure they understand that, and each time he calls, no one has record of any prior conversation. One person actually went so far as to almost accusing of lying -saying that the only time he contacted them was to report that the item was never received (which is not true at all-that's not a conversation he ever had with them).
We're currently waiting for the replacement sweatshirt to be sent so we'll see what happens but I have no confidence in them at this point. Couple that with the fact that I had to spend money to send back the sweatshirt when they sent us the wrong item in the first place is ridiculous.
I would avoid buying anything from their online shop and would have given them zero stars if that were an option.

Booked Hard Rock Marbella but need to cancel. They told me I cant do it with them and need to do centrally. All the numbers on website are wrong, chat help says they cant help me. Click on cancel/modify on website and it takes me through to an invalid number. This isnt looking good. I wouldn't book direct with them again.

Hi don't use this casino they hold ur $ for days so you can' be tempted to reverse itakes no sense o had payout of 700 they held it for almost 2days ended up reverse it and loosening it they payout is so slow

Continues to spam me with emails even after requesting deletion of all my data, using unsubscribing etc.

Recently I was in hardrockcafe lagos,and their services was so perfect and excellent,their server and hostess was so great with there job.

Sindssyge dårlig mad, og dyre priser, kommer aldrig igen.

Helt klart den sämsta Hard Rock Cafe jag någonsin besökt av 18 stycken! Enormt dålig mat och upplägg samt tråkigaste miljön.
Dessutom dåligt ledarskap och det smittar ju av sig på personalen.
Picca Pollo på gatan utanför var mycket bätter och det säger väl allt?
