Ich habe die bestellten Socken nie erhalten. Kein Support seitens Happy Socks trotz mehrmaliger Urgenz. Werde dort nie wieder etwas bestellen.

Sizes are totally wrong. I wear UK size 9 and purchased size UK 7.5-11.5 in 3 gift sets and one individual pair. All 3 gift sets are way larger than the size, with the heel up the back of my foot. To add insult to injury, to return them I had to spend almost £16 to return them to Sweden. I suspect they make it a deliberately unappealing and expensive option to return the product. At the prices they charge, I would have expected like most premium brands, there would have been a no-cost, no-quibble return policy. I have gone from loving the brand to hating it and will NEVER BUY HAPPY SOCKS AGAIN. A very UNHAPPY customer.

Update 25.04.2025 As Happy Socks supposedly reached out to me as per the text below, I made contact with them to see what they wanted to discuss. The first reply I received was, in summary, I see we have issued your refund so this matter is closed. I replied to that, asking again why they had reached out to me. I then received a more complete response but it simply doubled-down on their position and said that their website encourages people to “engage” with their customer team before returning items for a refund. I didn’t see anything encouraging me to engage with their customer team. If I could change my review to ZERO stars, I would.

After a single wear there is a hole on not one, but two pairs of Happy Socks I received for Christmas.

Very disappointing given the price point, it seems that cheaper materials and manufacturing methods have been adopted as opposed to what you used to get.

I would recommend people look elsewhere.

Top quality has become rubbish.

They are trading on a brand and used to make decent quality product now it is just the same indistinguishable fast fashion garbage everyone else makes.

Review only based on that the socks are made in Europe. Which I like when most clothes are made in China.

Délais de livraisons non respectés, cadeau de fait complétement inutile... La politique de retour n'étant pas gratuite, le retour coute aussi cher que la commande. Dommage, les designs sont sympas mais plus jamais.
Edit : Juste pour préciser suite à la réponse d'Happy Socks, j'avais déjà contacté le service clients avant d'ajouter mon avis. Ceux-ci m'ont juste dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire pour moi et qu'il fallait retourner les produits à mes frais pour me faire rembourser...

Wouldn't recommend Happy Socks to anyone unless you want to become very unhappy. Great designs, look good on the shelf but rubbish to put on. Too tight for recommended foot size and a real effort to put on. Result is a hole where you've had to pull so tight your finger goes through the material.

I made an order last night and as soon as I paid I realised that with the standard delivery I might not get on time for Christmas. I immediately reached out to support within 2 min and they replied within 5 min saying that they will request a cancellation. This morning I received an email that the order was unfortunately packed ancd theu couldn'tcancel my order. How is it possible that the order is packed in less than 10 min?????
Very disappointing experience. I will have to return them of course and I'm not interested in buying from them anymore.

Two staff stood behind the counter talking. Didn’t greet me or ask if I wanted help.

Habe Socken bestellt die nie an kamen. Support schlecht erreichbar und nur englisch. Auf Anfrage sagte man das die Bestellung verloren gegangen ist. Toll

Bestellung super schnell, aber Leute, mal ernsthaft. KEINE kostenfreie Rücksendung? Wie erbärmlich ist das bitte? Bei so einem großen Unternehmen kann man das ja wohl erwarten, zumal man diese auf eigene Kosten nach Stockholm(!) zurück schicken darf. In einem Geschäft vor Ort kann man die Socken nicht umtauschen. Was für ein Blödsinn. Was für ein schlechter Service. Nie wieder online ! Ist ja wie im Mittelalter.

Lovely website, lovely socks to choose from but the service is awful. Bought a selection of socks for my friend and socks never came. I had to contact twice, first time I was told to wait ANOTHER 5 days and socks never came. The estimated delivery time is already slow. No updates and the tracking link didn't work.
Contacted them again and they have now agreed order has been lost and will issue a refund - 3 weeks after I ordered the item. I will never order from them again.

La qualité est de moins en moins bonne... Je prefère acheter les chaussettes de grande surface!

Håller med andra som skrivit här om dålig kvalite och så tunna att man ser helt igenom det svarta.
Tror inte de håller mer än 3-4 gånger så blir det säkert som även andra här skrivit, hål i dom.
Ångrat köp!

Lustiges Design aber schlechte Qualität.
Ich habe echt viele HS und muss leider feststellen, dass die Socken sehr schnell verschlissen sind.
Billige Kopien halten mittlerweile leider länger.

Ich denke die Produktion wurde irgendwann "optimiert" und darunter hat die anfängliche Qualität leider gelitten.

Ich brauche dringend neue Socken, da meine mittlerweile alle verschlissen sind, jedoch werden das dann wohl keine HS werden, sondern die Kopien.

Recently, I purchased what I thought was a Happy Socks product from a website I now suspect is fraudulent: wwwhappysocksportugalcom. Concerned, I reached out to the official Happy Socks customer service to confirm the legitimacy of this retailer.
Unfortunately, their response was disheartening. Not only did they refuse to verify the legitimacy of the website, but they also took the opportunity to suggest I spend more money on their official website. This gave me the impression that Happy Socks cares more about profits than protecting their customers or maintaining their brand's reputation.
For a brand as well-known as Happy Socks, I expected:
More responsibility regarding who sells their products.
A more empathetic approach, helping customers avoid scams, especially when the brand’s image is at stake.
I strongly advise everyone to be extra cautious when buying Happy Socks products outside of their official website. Personally, I am very disappointed with the lack of support.
