Fun socks, good quality
As a man who hates boring socks, HS has been my go to for many years now. Reading some of the other reviews, I'm not sure if this is perhaps a regional issue but as a customer buying from the UK, I've only once had an issue with a pair that didn't seem to match the advertised size - and which the company quickly resolved. Will happily continue to buy.

Kwaliteit steeds slechter
De kwaliteit van Happy Socks is de laatste jaren echt achteruit gegaan. Wellicht is de marge belangrijker geworden dan de kwaliteit.
De pluizen na 1x wassen, de slijtage gaten na 3 maanden het is echt om te janken. Geen happy socks meer voor mij terwijl ze vroeger zo fijn waren.

Mycket sämre kvalitet numera
Förr höll dessa strumpor i ett år vid frekvent användande. Nu håller de några få tvättar som bäst. Strumporna jag fick på Fars dag hade stora hål på hälarna vid dagens slut.

Qualität teilweise mangelhaft
Qualität teilweise mangelhaft. Austausch der Ware nicht möglich. Immerhin gibt es einen Gutschein im Online Store im gleichen Wert des reklamierten Artikels.
Warum gebe ich nur einen Stern? Retouren müssen (auf eigene Kosten) tatsächlich aus Deutschland nach Schweden (???) geschickt werden. Da ich nun das erste Mal retournieren wollte, habe ich das vorher nicht gewusst. Bestellen werde ich deshalb aber nicht mehr bei Happy Socks...

Quality has changed and no longer good
I have been buying these happy socks for years and years and always loved them, however more recently finding quaility is terrible and seriously deteriorated. Stitching and seamless are not like previous years, so I’m getting holes at the toes after 6 wears. Disappointed as I loved your brand and they have always been a talking point! Can you look at improving the quality rather than producing at a cheaper price off shore. Sad that so many products start well and bottom line wins producing bad quaility imitations.

Long time fan of happy socks over many…
Long time fan of happy socks over many years, however since the new branding quality has seriously deteriorated. Stitching at toes is not as seamless and smooth as in previous years, so they rub, the elastic round the ankles is tighter and the material not as soft. They don’t wear as well either. Disappointed beyond belief as I wouldn’t wear any other socks… until now. Shame, but I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on.

Disappointing Experience with Happy Socks – Twice
My recent experience with Happy Socks has been frustrating to say the least. I was excited to order the Happy Socks x Crocs collaboration as soon as it was released, placing my order on February 19th. Unfortunately, the order got stuck with the status "Awaiting Processing" at the warehouse and never moved. I waited the full 25 days before reaching out to customer service, who responded promptly and offered either a refund or a voucher to reorder. While there was no gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, I appreciated the quick reply and chose to try again.
Regrettably, the second order encountered the exact same issue — stuck at the same "Awaiting Processing" status. After waiting over a week in the hope it would update, I contacted customer service again, explaining that this had already happened once and there might be a recurring issue with their logistics system. Unfortunately, the response I received didn't acknowledge any of what I had shared and simply advised me to "check the tracking."
Eventually, I was told to wait another week before requesting a refund. Unsurprisingly, the package never arrived, and I received a response that was identical to the first one, word for word, which made me question whether I was even speaking with a real person.
While the refund process was handled quickly, I’m left disappointed by a two-month ordeal and no product to show for it. I expected better communication and a smoother experience, especially after being a loyal customer in the past, cant really order anything again as I expect it to be "lost".

Barriers to returns and Not sustainability focused if new material means more holes
Material is indeed much thinner than the pair purchased from them a few years back. Wouldn't recommend anymore. Claim to be shifting towards sustainability but if your product quality has deteriorated and needs to be thrown away more often, that is not sustainability. Returns are a hassle, you have to print off your own form and send it back at your own cost.

These socks are very thin and poor…
These socks are very thin and poor quality. Thankfully, I bought them all when they were on sale (about $5/pair), but I bought a LOT of them. I was expecting so much better quality for socks that start at more than $15/pair. So disappointed, especially after only 1 wash. These are definitely not going to last.

Jeg bestilte nogle limited edition sokker til min mand i adventsgave, desværre gik to ud af fire sokker i stykker en lille måned efter. jeg rakte ud til happy socks, de var venlige at snakke med og rettede straks "fejlen" ved at tilbyde pengene tilbage eller gavekode til at få nogle nye sokker, varen kom også indenfor "rimelig" tid efter at have bestilt dem, bestilte dem 2/12 og de blev sendt 3/12 og var der måske i midten af december :) Kan kun anbefale !

Fun socks that don’t last
I really want to give just one star as I’m fed up with throwing yet another pair in the bin with holes in them and I’m only giving 2 stars because these socks do make me happy and their designs are so fun but the quality is really appalling. I made a complaint last year after my husband’s new socks had holes in them pretty much straight away. You kindly send us a new pair but the same keeps happening and I’ve bought several other pairs since and as much as I love all your designs it’s very clear that the quality is terrible and I’m just fed up with trying to support your business. Socks should last you forever if they’re well made but I have to agree with previous reviews that the price point at which you’re selling them does not reflect in the quality unfortunately so I won’t be buying them again.

Happy Socks, more like Crappy Socks!
I bought five pairs of these recently because of their nice designs. They aren’t cheap socks to buy but they’re cheaply made. After two wears and washes all five pairs have holes in the toes or at the top, or both. I wouldn’t buy them again.

Happy Socks hat nun nochmals mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen und wir konnten alle Unklarheiten bereinigen. Der Shop nimmt Probleme mit der Bestellung/Lieferung zu meiner Freude doch sehr ernst.
Und jetzt werde ich auch bei Happy Socks wieder bestellen !!!!!!!!!!!!
Habe am 16.12.2024 Socken bestellt und per Paypal bezahlt. Bis heute habe ich keine Auftragsbestätigung und keine Ware bekommen.
Ganz schlechte Kommunikation und nur in Englisch. Das war das erste und letzte mal, dass ich bei happysocks bestellt habe.
