Enshittification of happy socks

Enshittification of happy socks - older models seemed to have more natural fibers and despite that, are more elastic and generally more durable that the newer versions (old versions with printed white logo on the bottom, newer ones have the logo directly in the fabric). I've been a loyal customer for years, the prints are still very nice but the quality is lacking. Plenty of other fish in the sock market.

I always loved this brand!!Nit anymore

I always loved this brand!!it was fun design and GOOD quality.
They last forever.but before Christmas I went to buy me few new pairs of happy socks 🧦..
Soooo disappointed 😔☹️!Poor quality.The fabric is thinner and got less cotton!! That was the last time that I purchased the brand.Not for the price ☹️😔

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Purchased in store whilst visiting London (live in Leeds) as a gift. They have ripped as soon as put on. Emailed customer service - explained several times repeatedly that I purchased in store and could not return there as do not live in the area, customer service would not assist, kept stating must go to store. How?!?! A train to London for a sick return? Surely we are not the only people who purchase and live out of area. Rediculous, won’t ever buy again and will be reporting to trading standards.

Delivery package empty.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks via "Buy With Amazon", with a promised delivery date of December 24th. It was to be a Christmas gift. I received an Amazon delivery, but the package was empty. Literally a bag with nothing in it. Amazon took care of the refund promptly, but I suspect this was a Happy Socks error.

For orders placed via Buy with Amazon, the items are picked, packed, and shipped directly from Amazon’s own warehouse, not from Happy Socks. This means that unfortunately, the issue with the empty package did not occur on our side.

That said, we’re very glad to hear that Amazon handled the situation promptly and issued you a refund — that’s exactly what should happen in cases like this.

Servizio clienti inesistente

Effettuato ordine il 14 dicembre, il sito diceva “consegna entro Natale”… al 23 dicembre non ho nessuna notizia del mio pacco che risulta spedito il 16 dicembre. DHL da informazioni ferme al 19 dicembre.
Ma soprattutto HAPPY SOCKS non risponde alle mail di richiesta informazioni.
Evidentemente vogliono perdere clienti. MAI PIÙ.

Ho fatto il mio ordine il 7/12... il mio pacco doveva arrivare entro 8 giorni lavorativi... quindi oggi.
in realtà il mio pacco è fermo in germania dal 12/12.
ho provato a contattare il supporto ma non mi risponde più da una settimana.
chiamo dhl non sa perchè il mio pacco sia fermo in germania. tutto ciò è ridicolo.
ovviamente mi dice di contattare happy socks che non mi risponde più.
come si fa a parlare con qualcuno?
se non ricevo nessun aggiornamento entro lunedì chiederò il reso

Awful Customer Service and Experience

I placed an order with Happy Socks for multiple items, all of which were shown as in stock on the website. Shortly after, I received an email stating that one of the items was actually out of stock. I immediately went to live chat to cancel the entire order since I was no longer going to receive everything I paid for. Live chat was closed even though it was within their stated opening hours, so I had to email instead.

Two days later I received a generic email telling me how to return items, even though I had not received anything. I had clearly asked to cancel the order, not return it. I was then told that I could not cancel and that I would have to wait for the delivery and pay to ship everything back myself. I was also sent an email claiming that they had already informed me of the cancellation, which was the same email I had replied to requesting the cancellation, so that explanation made no sense.

After going back and forth with two unhelpful customer service agents who kept giving me incorrect information, I tried live chat again. Only then did I finally receive the refund I should have been given in the first place.

This entire situation was caused by their own stock issue, yet I was repeatedly told I had to deal with the consequences and pay extra shipping. The service was unprofessional, confusing and unnecessarily stressful. Please avoid this company because they take your money even when the mistake is on their side.

Missing order- no response

I've bought Happy Socks as a Christmas present for three people. The tracking on the parcel hasn't updated in over a week and I can't get any kind of response from customer service despite their promises to reply within a day

Sehr schlechte Qualität

Die Socken sind bunt und gefallen daher. Doch qualitativ sind sie sehr schlecht, da sie schnell kaputt gehen, Löcher haben.

I ordered from Happy Socks during Black…

I ordered from Happy Socks during Black Friday (27th November), thinking it would be an easy Christmas gift. Tracking showed one delivery attempt on 4th December, but I received no card, no email, no notification whatsoever.
When the parcel didn’t arrive, I had to contact customer service myself only to find out the order had already been returned to the company. Nobody bothered to inform me.
To make things worse, if I want to reorder, I’m now expected to pay full price because the Black Friday deal is over — as if it’s my fault they failed to deliver the item. The company clearly doesn’t care about customers at all.
Absolutely awful experience. I won’t be buying from Happy Socks again.

plötzliche Bestellstornierung/ inkl Update

Ich habe an Black Friday zwei Socken als Wichtelgeschenk im Angebot gekauft.
Meine Bestellung wurde dann plötzlich seitens Happy Socks storniert, nsch 4 Tagen???!
Nun musste ich die Bestellung nochmal OHNE Rabatt aufgeben, eine absolute Frechheit und 0 Hilfestellung vom Support.

Anpassung:
Der Support hat sich gemeldet und eine super Hilfeststellung geleistet. Bei der Zahlungsmethode Twint wird die Bstellung autom. storniert wenn der Versand nicht innert 7 Tagen stattfindet.
Ich würde empfehlen dies zu vermerken im Warenkorb.
Vielen herzlichen Dank an den Support und für meine gratis Bestellung. :-)

Respektlos und ohne Lösung/Fehlender Artikel

Guten Tag, ich habe mich an den Support gewandt, weil ein paar Socken aus der Bestellung gefehlt haben. Leider hat sich ihr Support Mitarbeiter mit respektlosigkeit und irgendwelchen Behauptungen mit E-Mails, die er mir anscheinend gesendet hat, sowie Behauptungen, dass mein E-Mail postfach voll wäre, aus sämtlicher Verantwortung gezogen, eine Lösung zu finden. Zum Schluss wurde mir versichert, dass das fehlende paar bereits zurückerstattet wurde, was auch nicht stimmt. Ticketnummer:#79980.

Scammed and robbed

I bought a pack of three socks in a combo deal. It was advertised ON A SIGN— and I was also told by the cashier that it was 14,99 pounds for the pack. I later checked my card and she actually charged me 40 pounds. Since this was at the train station, I am unable to get my money back. This is especially disgraceful because each individual pack was 11,99, so buying the socks separately would have been 36 pounds. This is not a combo deal, this is theft, especially as I checked the price twice before buying. Absolutely disgusting.
